We highly recommend students taking this class at least 5-10x to get comfortable with the new body movements, increase upper body and core strength, and flexibility. In the process, you will have fun and laugh at yourself. Each class will leave you wanting more! Once you've completed the recommended amount of class and you feel comfortable with all the spins, you can advance.
