Our ballet classes, Primary through Advanced, follow a dress code. These are detailed in the class description.

Many types of dance complement each other, such as ballet and jazz. A child who takes both classes can expand their skills in both areas because they teach coordinating skills.

Acro Dance is an art form specifically designed for dancers. Acro has softer, more lyrical-looking lines, with emphasis on lengthening “through” the tricks and holding beautiful balances with interesting variations. The focus is on seamlessly blending acrobatics with dance and avoiding obvious preparations before each trick.

The Fusion staff is a diverse group of highly qualified instructors in various dance forms.

Fusion is also home to a nationally recognized competition team for ages 4-18, and offers several other performing opportunities throughout the year.

At Fusion our younger classes have a maximum of 15 students and if the class is over 8, an assistant is there to help the instructor.

The MYBC is a non-profit ballet company dedicated to cultivating artistic excellence through education, enrichment, and inspiration. Open to students from all studios with at least 2 years of ballet experience, ages 5-18. Auditions info coming soon. Watch our social media for details.

This new performance group is open to dancers ages 5-12. They are required to take a choreography class as well as attend a regular technique class. Throughout the year they will work on a routine to perform throughout the community and in the recital.

We are so excited to offer this fun introduction to competitive dance. The team is open to dancers ages 3-10 and meets every week, September through June. There is no audition necessary. (Formerly known as the Fusion Rec Team)

The Fusion Center for Dance competition team has been recognized nationally for both excellence in performance and choreography. Our competition program is designed to help dancers learn discipline, teamwork and to achieve their personal best. Placement on our competition team is by personal invitation to our required summer intensive and audition process held in July.

This is a discipline focusing on strength, balance, agility, and muscle control. Dancers will learn a safe combination of gymnastics, acrobatics and basic tumbling. This class has a strong dance technique built into the curriculum. Much of the class will be spent on keeping bodies safe and working to improve range of motion of all joints. At Fusion, our certified instructors use the Acrobatic Arts curriculum.

Hip hop dance is everywhere and it’s a lot of fun. Dancers will jump, spin and move to the beat in this class while also building foundational acro skills.

Students will learn the classical steps of ballet and explore the new movements of jazz in this class.

This class focuses on class jazz movements and introduces the softness of lyric dance. This is a great class for kids who love to move to the music.

This class allows students to explore both the sounds of tap and the funkiness of jazz dance. Great for kids who just can’t sit still.

In this class students continue the skills they learned in Ballerina Princess class.

An introduction to the basics of ballet, tap, and creative movement that follows our Ballerina Princess curriculum. Students will continue to enjoy expressing themselves through the art of dance in this fun and interactive class. This class is built on basic movement and is appropriate for the first-time dancer. At this level, students will learn challenging tap and ballet skills through imagination activities, movement games, and singing. Dancers will enjoy learning basic ballet and tap terminology along with fun and engaging games. Each month is a different theme with sticker charts and completion certificates. The class is 1 hour and will perform in the year-end recital in June.

A half hour class that focuses on hip hop technique and fun. Perfect for kids who love to move. A great additional class for students also taking tiny tumblers or ballet and tap. This class will perform in the year-end recital in June.

Acro style dance combines both classical dance techniques with rhythmic/artistic gymnastics elements. Using the Acrobatic Arts curriculum, our acro instructors will guide the class towards increased flexibility, balance, strength, and muscle control. This is a great class in addition for any dancer, tumbler, or gymnast wishing to further their tumbling skills while having fun! Our littlest tumblers work their way through the acro alphabet learning new fun skills each week. This class will perform in the year-end recital in June.
