BALLET 4
Ballet 4 students advance technique with faster tempos, complex combinations, and more work en relevé. Training builds leg extension to 90 degrees and strengthens feet. Double pirouettes and advanced petite and grand allegro are introduced. Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) builds muscle memory to improve core strength, alignment, and weight placement. Developed with physiotherapists, it uses exercise balls and resistance bands to target key muscle groups. Taught by certified instructors Attila and Mindy Mosolygo, PBT helps dancers train smarter and move with control. Pointe trains students to safely and confidently work in pointe shoes using strength built through prior ballet training. Classes focus on foot and ankle control, rolling through demi-pointe, and achieving full relevé over the box. As strength improves, students progress to center work and, in year two, master more advanced steps and double pirouettes. Contemporary students build strength, coordination, and control as they explore movement beyond classical technique. Training focuses on torso relaxation, joint isolation, breath, and floor work. Each step and transition is approached with clear intention and artistry.
BALLET 2
Ballet 2 students deepen their foundation with expanded vocabulary and new steps. They learn to perform longer, more complex combinations with precision and coordination. Training emphasizes muscle awareness, alignment, and strength building.
