Center Stage Dance Academy, located in Lake Odessa, Michigan, is a premier destination for comprehensive dance education, boasting over 45 years of dedicated instruction. We offer a diverse range of dance styles for students of all ages, emphasizing foundational techniques and artistic expression. Our curriculum includes Ballet, considered the backbone of dance, fostering discipline and athletic skills, alongside the rhythmic coordination of Tap, the energetic movements of Jazz, and the dynamic expressions of Hip Hop. Lyrical dance, a fusion of Ballet and Jazz, allows for powerful storytelling through movement. For our youngest dancers, we offer thoughtfully designed combination classes introducing fundamental elements of Ballet, Tap, and Jazz, grouped by age. Our esteemed faculty includes Owner, Director, and Choreographer Miss Kelly Sanderson, who holds a professional Cecchetti Council of America ballet certificate. She is joined by experienced instructors Tracey Morris, Kassie Hoskins, Racheal VanderHoek, Melissa Lowman, Austin Sanderson, Kyla Scobey, and Jade Poortenga, many of whom also have Cecchetti training. Center Stage Dance Academy actively fosters talent through its dedicated Competition Teams, providing advanced training and exciting performance opportunities.
