Move and Groove is a creative movement class designed for ages 2-5, not yet in kindergarten. We learn classroom skills like sharing, taking turns, following directions and general citizenship. We also incorporate motor and developmental skills like spacial awareness, intentional movement and self control. And we do all of this with fun choreography and age appropriate music in a 45 minute class.

Toddler Time is an active class for both child and parent/care giver. We explore developmental skills such as climbing and inclining, backward movement, and crossing the midline. As well, we introduce activities to encourage body awareness, cooperation and personal strength. Each 45 minute class includes safe play equipment and age appropriate activities.

Mighty Movers is for ages 5-8/ Kindergarten - third grade. This 45 minute class will teach students to communicate their needs with respect, develop coping tools, and build Character Strength. Mighty Movers is hosted at the Gale Center in partnership with Hernando Parks.

We offer Aerial Silks Classes for beginners and experienced aerialists with a desire to learn more. We have also developed complimentary programs to assist in developing the strength needed to perform aerial skills, such as Aerial Hammock and Aerial Fitness.

Students will learn classical ballet technique and appropriate choreography for children age 3-5th grade. Classes begin September 30 with performance on November22. Dancers may choose to wear dancewear or comfortable, fitted clothing. Each family will be responsible for providing pink or skintone ballet slippers and tights for their dancer.
