House Studio, located in Jackson, Mississippi, is a vibrant hub for dance education and community. Founded by Jackson native Helen House, who honed her skills with extensive training in Los Angeles, the studio brings high-level expertise back to her hometown. House Studio offers a diverse range of dance classes and experiences for all ages and skill levels, with a particular emphasis on Hip Hop. Our talented team of instructors includes Alexandra, who brings competitive experience in jazz, ballet, and hip-hop, alongside her professional nursing career and role as Jackson Prep Spirit Dance Coach; Hope, with a show choir background; Ava, specializing in jazz and hip-hop with a focus on energetic teaching; Bethany, grounded in ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, and hip-hop; Rachel, experienced in choreography for show choir and musicals; and Rosie, passionate about hip-hop. We provide comprehensive technique classes and specialized programs like 'Tryout Prep' and 'Dance Team Prep' for aspiring competitive dancers. Beyond regular curriculum, House Studio offers personalized instruction through private lessons for auditions or technique refinement, and caters to special events with private lessons for wedding first dances. Adults can enjoy invigorating Dance Cardio sessions. The studio also serves as a fun space for parties, celebrations, and studio rentals for dance teams.
