Ballet Arts Center

This student ballet company is dedicated to stimulating public interest in the art of classical ballet. Since its creation, hundreds of young performers have had the opportunity to work with Kimberly Gavin Anderson in the production of the Nutcracker Ballet and A Merry Christmas Show.

Ballet students begin pointe at the 7th grade level and only at the invitation of the Artistic Director. The 90 minute ballet class is required as a core class in addition to the secondary pointe class.

We combine the innovation of new dance styles and contemporary music in Jazz and Tap classes. Students may not join Jazz and/or Tap 2nd semester without the consent of the Artistic Director.

The Ballet Arts Center is devoted to excellence in dance education with the Fine Art emphasis on Classical Ballet. Inspired by the strength and structure of the classics.
