Adult Tap (Intermediate)

Whether you tap danced as a kid or not, join us! Tap is one of the few dance forms that’s meant to be heard – producing rhythm and sound with your feet is just plain fun! It improves coordination and balance as well as exercising your mind by memorizing steps and patterns.

Wednesdays 6:45pm - 7:30pm
Adult Hip Hop

Adults-only hip hop. This class incorporates a mix of hip hop styles such as popping and locking, funk, robotics and krumping. No experience required.

Wednesdays 7:00pm - 7:45pm
Adult Ballet

We will avoid strenuous grande plies and jetes in favor of smaller movements done slowly. Slow movements cause our core to constantly adjust, using strength, balance and coordination to challenge our bodies and brains. Think of this class as an opportunity to put your multi-tasking skills to the test – arms, legs, body and music all moving together to produce a beautiful form of self-expression.

Wednesdays 7:30pm - 8:30pm
