Classes

Strength & Conditioning

Focused on building core strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance, this class helps dancers improve technique, prevent injuries, and achieve their full potential. Through targeted exercises and cross-training, students develop the power and control needed to excel in every style of dance.

Musical Theatre

Musical theatre is defined as "a form of theater that combines songs, spoken dialogue, acting, and dance" Our goal is to focus on vocal technique and character development as we learn how to "act" a song, not just sing it. We will also work on integrating all aspects of Broadway musical theatre in all the show stopping pieces we practice.

Aerial Silks

This class teaches students how to climb, wrap, and perform breathtaking poses and sequences on suspended fabric. Building strength, flexibility, and grace, dancers will safely learn stunning tricks that take performance to new heights.

Tumbling

Build strength, flexibility, and confidence in our Tumbling & Acro class! Dancers learn skills like handstands, cartwheels, walkovers, and aerials in a safe, supportive environment. Perfect for adding exciting tricks and dynamic movement to your dance.

Ballroom

We teach all the popular ballroom dance; Tango, Waltz, Fox Trot, Cha Cha, Rumba, and many more. Ballroom dancing promotes grace, balance, flexibility, posture, and self-confidence. These classes are the first step to achieving your Dancing With the Stars dream.

Clogging

One of the oldest forms of dance in America, clogging began in the Great Smokey Mountains as foot stompin' fun. Now a competitive sport, teams incorporate hip hop, buck and Canadian step dance into their routines.

Leaps & Turns

Leaps and Turns focuses on developing proper technique for the safe execution of the turns, jumps, and leaps in all forms of dance and combines skills into progressions that challenge students across the floor and in combinations.

Contemporary

Blends the sustained controlled movement of ballet with the freedom, power, and dynamics of jazz and modern dance. Contemporary is known to be the "no rules" style of dance, combining different styles to create a story of dance.

Tap

A fun and unique form of dance based on rhythm, timing, and sound in which the rhythm variations are audibly tapped out with the toe or heel. Our tap classes include styles that are similar to that seen on "Stomp" and "Tap Dogs" as well as Broadway style.

Hip Hop

Teaches rhythm, musicality and coordination and age-appropriate choreography with no suggestive music/movement. This is an excellent class for high-energy kids who want to take a fast and fun class. Students are challenged to think on their feet while enjoying a fast-paced dance class.

Jazz

An expression of dance that combines ballet with hip-hop and other less structured forms of dance. With its distinctive style, our jazz classes incorporate isolation and stretching exercises emphasizing strong and proper body alignment and clean technique through floor work, turns, kicks and jumps.

Combo

Ballet, jazz, and tap instruction, using activity songs and exercises that teach dance terminology and basic rhythm patterns. The class focus is on the development of coordination, concentration, listening skills and self-confidence, for learning teamwork, and positive interaction.

Preschool

A combination of creative movement and beginner dance skills are taught in this class designed for our newest little dancers. Our goal is to improve the kids basic motor skills, agility, and rhythm.

Ballet

Combining grace, beauty and discipline, ballet builds strength, form and technique. Used as the basis for all other dance forms, all dancers are encouraged to take ballet to improve their physique, balance and poise. We offer classes from beginner to advanced to pointe. We use the Vaganova method.
