Foundations is a class specifically focused on the dancer's structure and how it relates to alignment and overall body function and mobility. Incorporating apparatus such as bands, blocks, balls, and weights - this class is designed to approach the body as an athlete would with fine-tailored movements designed to improve functionality of the body.

Turns & Core focuses on abdominals and back and how it relates to the dancer's ability to maintain peak control for pirouettes. We will focus on single-leg standing work, floor work as it pertains to core strength, spot work, and across the floor & stationery pirouette repetition. This class is designed for a dancer who has prior knowledge of jumps and dance technique.

Tap dance is a form of dance characterized by using the sounds of tap shoes striking the floor as a form of percussion. We offer 45-minute tap classes for Kindergarten & up.

Our Tiny Team is our youngest divas!! This program is for those dancers that want a little something more than Preschool combo class but are not ready to commit to Company! These dancers age 3-5 get to compete in 2 local competitions in the spring. This is a 90-minute class consisting of tap/jazz/ballet and acro. Dancers will learn a tap and jazz routine for competition and then also an acr0 dance that they will perform in the spring.

This class focuses entirely on the legs and both flexibility and power therein. We work on leg grabs, battements, striking the floor, building up momentum for jumps, refining jump technique and learning new jumps. We work on both the right and left side in equal balance. This class is designed for a dancer who has prior knowledge of jumps and dance technique.

Isolations, a low center of gravity, and high level of energy are important identifying characteristics of jazz dance. Our jazz classes are broken down by level. Please feel free to reach out to our studio to find out which level is most suitable for your dancer!

Dance Team Prep class is for the 6th - 8th grader that is wanting to hone in on their dance team skills for high school dance team! Class will focus on all of the necessary skills needed for success at the high schoo level. Such items that will be repetitively worked on are leaps, turns, jumps, head springs, stalls, stands, and pom work. Dancers will be asked to bring their own pompoms eventually.

Contemporary dance combines the strong and controlled legwork of ballet with modern dance’s stress on the torso, and also employs contract-release, floor work, fall and recovery, and improvisation characteristic of modern dance. We offer 45-minute contemporary classes for all dancers.

This is for the dancer that is ready for the next level - Competition team! Comprising of 5 different groups - these dancers compete at 3 regional competitions (2 local, 1 out of state) and 1 national competition (destination) a season. They study in multiple genres of dance and are at the studio 2 nights a week and some Saturdays. The option to perform solos, duets and trios are possible when a dancer is on our Competition Team.

Our Combo classes consist of tap and jazz in a 45 minute class and is for dancers age 2-6. Preschool Combo is age 3-5.

An artistic dance form performed to music using precise and highly formalized set steps and gestures. We offer 45-minute & 60-minute ballet classes for Kindergarten & Up.

Acrobatics is the performance of extraordinary feats of balance, agility, and motor coordination. We offer age/leveledclasses for preschoolers & up and upon mastery of certain skills, a student will be eligible to advance to the next level up.
