Dancers can also experience the beauty and precision of Rhythmic Gymnastics—a captivating blend of dance, flexibility, and coordination. Our classes combine artistic movement with apparatus skills, utilizing ribbons, hoops, balls, and clubs. Our Dance for Gymnasts classes blend ballet, contemporary, and jazz techniques to refine balance, flexibility, and musicality—skills that translate directly to the floor and beam.
