Creative Movement

Creative Movement allows students a space for creative exploration, improvisation, and expression through dance movement. Children will continue to develop large and fine motor skills while adding coordination, rhythm, teamwork, and following directions to their current skill set.

Musical Theatre

Musical Theatre is the perfect class for the student who wants to be on Broadway one day. Incorporating dancing and acting this class will focus on character development, performance skills, musicality, and telling stories through dance and song.

Jazz

Jazz focuses on learning proper jazz dance technique such as isolation of the body, improving performance quality and developing complex rhythms and patterns. Students will be exposed to various styles of jazz such as Broadway, Street, and Contemporary to help develop a well rounded dancer.

Tap

Tap is a dance form which focuses on the energetic rhythm, musicality, and strength of the feet. Class emphasis is on developing proper tap technique, producing clear tap sounds, and finding joy in the performance of their skills.

Lyrical

Lyrical is the blending of jazz and ballet techniques using a modern twist on classical movement to express the lyrics of a song. Students will learn how to express a wide range of emotions through their dance based on musical interpretation.

Ballet

Ballet emphasizes balance, grace, and strength. Each ballet class focuses on fundamental ballet techniques. Students are challenged with choreography and combinations which enhance their knowledge and skills.

Hip Hop

Hip hop is a high-energy class which infuses the latest styles of street dancing, breaking, popping, and locking. Classes will encourage students to step outside of the box by bringing their own individual style and personality to the movements.
