With a limit of 9 children per class, every student will receive some one on one instruction. Each individual in will be able to learn progressively at their own pace, regardless of which class they are in. Children will be guided through activities in order to safely enhance their strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. They will also learn to master some traditional gymnastics floor skills.
