A full body 45 min work out combining intervals of conditioning and full range stretching. Using the ballet barre for resistance and isometric contractions, we incorporate yoga style stretches and Pilates core work to give you long and lean muscles in record time!
Ballet Beg I
Ballet is the foundation of all dance styles, and develops grace, poise, posture and musicality. There are different styles of classical ballet that are related to their areas of origin, such as French, Italian and Russian. Our school follows The Royal Academy of Dancing Syllabus (RAD) until the age of 13. Students are then immersed in a combination of techniques. Evaluations at the end of each school year determine a student's ability to move up in class level.
Hip Hop Beg III
Hip-Hop can be defined as street dance styles primarily performed to hip-hop music or that have evolved as part of hip-hop culture. It includes a wide range of styles primarily breaking, locking, and popping. The more commercial, studio-based version of hip-hop—sometimes called new style and jazz-funk is a hybrid of hip-hop and jazz dance. This high energy class embraces all styles and incorporates popular social dances.

This class is a continuation of the Royal Academy of Dancing Ballet Syllabus. Primary further develops students’ physical skills, stamina, creativity, expression, and musicality using a range of sounds and musical styles. The knowledge and skills gained through successful completion of these levels provide a basis for progression to subsequent examinations in ballet and other dance genres.
Tap Int II/III
This dance form has roots in African dance and Irish step-dancing. Tap dancers make frequent use of syncopation and improvisation. We place an emphasis on precision, speed, clarity of sound and improvisational skills. Students with strong musical capabilities often find their strengths in tap dancing. We implement styles that vary from classic 'Broadway' tap to Rhythm and Funk tap.
Pointe III (Int/Adv)
An extension of our Ballet program. Students must have a minimum of 4 years ballet training and adequate physical strength especially in their ankles and feet. Our philosophy involves age appropriate dance instruction. Students will be ready for Pointe at different ages. Note: Pointe is not a requirement and will be individually determined by our faculty's professional opinion. Pointe is added to a students Ballet lesson as she progresses and her programs become more intensified. Individual progress will vary and depends largely on a student's class attendance and hard work.
Technique Fundamentals
Technique is the root of dance training and class is where dancers hone their foundation. It's so important for dancers to continue to sharpen their technical prowess because it will translate into their performance of varied choreography.Our technique classes focuses on improving balance, flexibility, body alignment, and strength through both center, floor and barre work as well as across the floor combinations. There is a strong emphasis on proper execution of various turns, leaps and jumps. Turns & Jumps I , introduces various dance steps in order to build dance vocabulary all while building strength, endurance and flexibility. Turns & Jumps II is a strict technique classes which focus on improving existing skills and the progression of more difficult turns, leaps and jumps. Ballet Technique classes focus on proper alignment, balance and flexibility by providing the foundations of classical ballet. Precision & Poms: Dancers will learn the fundamental skills to perform on a dance team including sharp, precise movements and synchronization. Dancers will work on flexibility, showmanship and incorporate pom poms! Technique Fundamentals: This dynamic technique class is designed to refine and enhance skills while developing strength, endurance, and flexibility. With a strong emphasis on foundational movement, students will progress through core technical basics essential to all dance styles. The class rotates every six weeks between ballet, jazz, and contemporary, offering dancers the opportunity to build versatility and deepen their understanding of multiple styles. Ideal for dancers looking to strengthen their technique across disciplines or older beginners who are looking to begin their dance journey!
KIDSTUFF
A fun and creative learning experience through music, movement, art and social interaction. This introductory class, teaches our youngest students the fundamentals of dance using basic ballet terminology, self-expression and skills to build self confidence in our tiny dancers.

Throughout its history, jazz dance has developed in parallel to popular music. Jazz is often the physical embodiment of the popular music of a given time and therefore continues to change and evolve. We incorporate several styles of Jazz dance using the techniques of Luigi, Bob Fosse, Matt Mattox and Jack Cole. Our school merges these techniques with the most current contemporary styles, often infusing Hip-Hop, Latin movement and classic Musical Theatre styles as well.
PreSchool II
Our tiny dancers are taught their first group activities, which include Ballet, Tap, Acrobatics (basic tumbling), novelty songs and dance routines. A noticeable leap is made into creative exploration, fine motor skills and rhythm exercises. We proudly integrate various ballet syllabi where children explore a different themed dance adventure month-to-month! From the Winter Wonderland to the Enchanted Forest, each dancer will receive special certificates and sticker charts to keep track of their dance achievements throughout the year!
Latin I
Latin Jazz dance is well known as one of the aesthetic forms that synthesizes so much from Latin American culture. This class combines movements and rhythms of merengue, salsa, mambo, bachata and samba with European jazz dance techniques.

A fun and creative learning experience through music, movement, art and social interaction. This introductory class, teaches our youngest students the fundamentals of dance using basic ballet terminology, self-expression and musical skills to build self confidence in our tiniest dancers.

DANCE DISCOVERY MINI CAMP
Our tiny dancers are taught their first group activities, which include Ballet, Tap, Acrobatics (basic tumbling), novelty songs and dance routines. A noticeable leap is made into creative exploration, fine motor skills and rhythm exercises. We proudly integrate various ballet syllabi where children explore a different themed class each week through crafts and group activities!
DANCE ADVENTURES MINI CAMP
This mini camp develops students’ physical skills, stamina, creativity, expression, and musicality using a range of sounds and musical styles. Dancers will be taught a combination class of ballet and jazz basics that will explore different themes each week through crafts, fun choreography and group activities!
