Our new Latin Dance class for adults is a dynamic and exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in the vibrant rhythms and movements of Latin dance styles.

Through a combination of exercises tailored specifically for dancers, participants will enhance their performance abilities and reduce the risk of injury. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned dancer, this class will help you reach your full potential and take your skills to the next level Get ready to feel stronger, more confident, and ready conquer the dance floor!

Our new Flamenco Dance classes are a vibrant and passionate exploration of this traditional Spanish dance form. These classes will introduce to the intricate footwork, expressive arm movements and emotional storytelling that hallmark of flamenco.

The Urban Dance scene did evolve, in certain aspects, from Hip Hop dance roots. Several moves and grooves and concepts were inspired by Hip Hop and street styles. Choreography is influenced by several different dance styles, but is ultimately based on the choreographer's own interpretation of the music.

Tap classes are designed to develop rhythm, style and sound. Students will learn a variety of tap styles from Broadway to Rhythm tap. Exercises focus on building flexibility of the knee and ankles, coordination, and speed of movement. The class emphasis is on developing proper tap technique, producing clear tap sounds, and having fun.

Love to roll, flip and tumble! This class is for you! Each level has specific, progressive skills to learn and develop. Students work on stationary and traveling steps as well. (Boys and Girls) Acro dance combines classical dance techniques with fluid and lyrical acrobatic movements. This class follows the Acrobatic Arts Syllabus and is taught by a certified Instructor. Dancers will work towards increasing flexibility, balance, strength, muscle control, discipline, body awareness, coordination, and concentration while safely mastering various levels of Acro elements. The class will focus on fundamental acrobatic techniques, teaching skills such as front and back walkovers, chin stands, hand balancing, and other contortion tricks.

Traditional dance from Paraguay, that focus in steps and choreography and the challenge to balance basket, vase and bottle on their head.

One of the most popular and well-known forms of dance. Dancers will learn the basic steps of jazz dance with turns, kicks, and leap steps along with popular simple rhythm techniques and fun expression.  Jazz dance includes strength, flexibility, and conditioning technique and progressions including turns, kicks, and leaps. In a Jazz class, the dancers also learn many fun and trendy dance steps that are used for all forms of dance. It is a wonderful class to get a well-rounded variety of all dance steps. This is a perfect class to start your dance training.

An introduction to ballet beginning with the placement of body and progressing through basic steps, developing movement quality and musicality, and preparing the child for the excitement and discipline of the art of Dance. It helps students learn body awareness, concentration, self-control, and respect. Space awareness is introduced through formations, laterality exercises, and following basic combinations of steps that will increase their memory and coordination skills.

This class is designed to introduce your child to rhythm and movement through music, helping develop muscle coordination. It helps boys and girls develop motor skills with the use of music and games. We focus on movement, body control, rhythm, and memory as the children learn through a fun routine of exercise and dance steps. Their confidence and self-esteem soar as they master new skills and become more self-assured and independent. Listening and direction following are emphasized in this class.

The perfect class for the youngest dancers 2 ½ -3 ½ years of age! Our class focuses on creating a friendly environment where the young toddler will be introduced to the basics of ballet skills like fun activities. The child will develop basics skills like hopping, jumping, skipping, and coordination. Other music elements are introduced to develop sense of rhythm and musicality.

Private lessons are for students who are looking for a more personalized learning environment. They are a great way to introduce beginner dances to our beautiful world or for advanced dancers to focus on particular techniques.
