In 2017, while I was living in Maine, I was introduced to Burlesque. After becoming part of the studio’s dance company I performed throughout the New England area. Burlesque has a way of making you feel confident and fierce.

My love of dance started at the age of 3, since then it has only grown. I immediately started taking classes and at the age of 7 was accepted into the Pennsylvania Ballet. I have studied Tap, Lyrical and Jazz as well throughout the years.

This propelled me to go for my Zumba Fitness certification. Zumba has helped me achieve my fitness goals but I continue to teach because it makes me smile. Laughter is contagious!

My journey to Zumba began shortly after beating cancer. Thinking it was just a means to relieve stress, I instantly fell in love with the combination of music and dance! This propelled me to go for my Zumba Fitness certification.

My love for dance started at the age of ten. I have done various styles of dance and was a competitive dancer for ten years. The past 2 years I have done three shows in New York City and continue to go up there to take dance classes.

My goal is to have you leave my class with a feeling of accomplishment and a smile on your face.

I love teaching group fitness but more importantly I love being able to help people reach their fitness goals....in a fun yet challenging environment. I’ve been teaching Zumba for about 8 years. I’ve done Zumba tours around the U.S. with international Zumba stars in 2016 & 2018.

In addition to Zumba, I cannot wait to share my passion for dancing with children in our Kids Fitness Classes! I look forward to having fun, staying in shape and building lifelong relationships with all of you!

After aging out of my 18 year dancing career, I went on the hunt for something to keep me fit! When I stumbled upon The Hip Hop Shop by word of mouth, I was instantly in love.

Hip Hop Pump is a place for everyone!! I want everyone to feel comfortable when they walk in and walk out a better, more fulfilled, version of themselves!!I am excited to take this journey with you and can't wait to see what the future holds!!

Registration is open for the 4th Annual Philadelphia 76'ers Dance Team. A deposit of $50 is required to hold a dancer's spot. Practice begins on January 24th. More details can be found in the Dance Tab.

Toddler classes for children aged 2-4 years. These classes are scheduled to resume in the Spring of 2026.

Information about KIDS DANCE CLASSES and KIDS DANCE TEAMS for girls and boys aged 5 years to 15 years. Toddler classes for ages 2-4 years will resume in Spring of 2026.

Kids Hip Hop Classes for the Christmas Parade Session with Ms. Kristen. Practices on 11/1, 11/15, 11/22 with the parade on Saturday 11/29. Includes a parade sweatshirt and all accessories.
