Acro is the fusion of tumbling, dance, technique, athleticism, agility and strength through the use of acrobatic skills. Based on safe and effective progressions with proven results in areas of flexibility, balance, limbering, and tumbling. One of the advantages of Acro dance is that it increases flexibility while building strength. This allows dancers to maintain and improve the range of motion so they can execute acrobatic moves safely with minimal risk of injury. As dancers, flexibility is extremely important to prevent injuries, pain, and stiffness

Level one combination class for 6 & 7 yrs old with an emphasis on Jazz. Very popular and a lot of fun!

A level 3 Tap/Ballet combination class for 5 & 6 yrs old. Dancers will be introduced to the basic fundamentals of dance in a fun and exciting way, while also working on their motor skills. This class inspires creativity, teaches coordination, as well as musicality. Students will develop strength, dance technique and rhythm, in a caring & nurturing environment.

A level 2 combination class of Tap & Ballet for 4 & 5 yrs old. Dancers will be introduced to the basic fundamentals of dance in a fun and creative way while also working on their skills. This class is an excellent way for children to gain self-confidence, listening, and learning skills and a sense of accomplishment.

One of the most popular in the area! Our creative program is designed for the 3 & 4 year old that develops their motor skills and introduces them to the basics of Tap & Ballet.

Based on our popular creative program, this class allows us to share the love of dance with your child at an early age. The class will help develop their motor skills, introduce them to the basics of Tap & Ballet all within a fun and enjoyable atmosphere.

This class is a fun and positive introduction to the sport of gymnastics. It will develop confidence and build strength, balance and awareness. Tiny tumblers, aiming to enhance the development of your child, self-esteem and unique physical abilities by providing him or her as personal attention and instruction in the fundamentals of tumbling and gymnastics in a safe, creative and fun environment.
