Artistic Dance Connection

ADC offers adult workout classes. This drop-in hour-long class encourages a healthy lifestyle through movement. Dance reduces stress, increases energy levels, gives insight into other cultures, and overall is a creative outlet to express personality. A great way to get an enjoyable workout in for parents while their child is right in the other studio taking their own dance class.

Artistic Dance Connection offers Mommy and Me classes for children ages 18 months to 3 years old. Each 45 minute parent participation class consists of warms up, bonding activities, growing motor and social skills along with learning the very basics of music and dance.

The Tiny Twirlers class is for ages three to four years old. This is the first level of dance classes when children will go into the studio independently without their parent participating in the class as well. Tiny Twirlers will continue to develop their gross motor skills through movement and music. This level consists of a one hour class of ballet and tap combined, each style is 30 minutes long.

Dancers in the Mini Movers level are ages five to seven. Mini Movers have the option to take ballet, tap, jazz, and hip hop. Mini Movers classes highlights the introductory to dance, create movement, and music appreciation.

ADC offers beginner classes for dancers with little to no experience. In this level dancers will learn all the basic techniques in ballet, tap, jazz, acro and hip hop. Students will begin to learn dance terminology, discipline, and most of all experience different styles of training that each class offers.

Artistic Dance Connection offers ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, lyrical, musical theater, acro, jumps/ turns and conditioning classes for these dancers. Each dancer is required to take a minimum of two ballet classes per week alongside of any other style classes of their choice.

Elite level consists of children who have danced for at least five years looking for more serious training past the recreational hours. Most of these dancers compete on our dance team as well. The Elite level is offered ten classes per week; they are required to take a minimum of two ballet classes each week. In this level these students hone in on building a strong foundation for technical training while encouraging creativity.

Dancers in the Advanced level are offered the opportunity to take eleven classes per week in all styles. They are not required to take every form of dance however offering all of these styles encourages our students to step out of their comfort zone.

Artistic Dance Connection company level requires dancers to take all styles of dance: ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, lyrical, hip hop, musical theater, jumps/ turns and conditioning. These dancers will receive classical and commercial training. Students will be selected for this level of intense training.
