A ninety minute class one time a week that utilizes all pieces of gymnastics equipment, as well as dance and related gymnastics activities including trampoline, mini-tramp, ropes, etc to teach more advanced gymnastics skills.

An hour class one time a week that utilizes all pieces of gymnastics equipment, as well as dance and related gymnastics activities including tumbl trak, mini-tramp, etc to teach the beginning fundamentals of gymnastics.

When you are in the registration form, all classes that are eligible for the child selected will show up. (Recreational Gymnastics, Dance, Taekwon-Do, Team/XCEL, and S.T.A.R.S.) Please be reminded that Team/XCEL, S.T.A.R.S and Advanced Diamonds (under Recreational Gymnastics is an Invitational Class) are invitational programs and you must be invited to attend.

A sixty minute class once weekly for more advanced dancers to work on technique. Dance experience required.

A sixty minute class once weekly for more intermediate dancers (a combination class of lyrical/ballet, jazz and tap). Dance experience required. This is a competitive level of Dance.

A forty five minute class once weekly for beginning and intermediate dancers (a combination class of lyrical/ballet, jazz and tap) Email to see if this is a fit for young Dancers.

A forty five minute class once weekly for beginners (combination class ballet, jazz and tap) MUST BE POTTY TRAINED.

An hour class to help dancers and cheerleaders or those who love to tumble to learn or brush up on their tumbling skills. Fridays at 4:00 pm Drop-ins must fill out Center Waiver
