Kathy McDonald studied ballet and jazz with Valerie Feit at the Ballet Arts Studio in Beacon, NY. She also performed with the company at the studio, including roles in Graduation Ball, Ramonda and Pas de Quatre.

Kathy McDonald continued jazz training at JoJo’s Dance Factory in New York City. During her time in New York City, she performed with the Downtown Ballet and with the liturgical dance company Avodah.

Kathy McDonald continued her ballet training with Douglas Wassel at the David Howard Studio in New York City. She performed with the Downtown Ballet and with the liturgical dance company Avodah.

Kathy McDonald studied ballet with Colin Worth in Virginia Beach. She performed with the Virginia Beach Ballet, including roles in Copellia, Seagulls and the Skaters waltz.

Kathy McDonald studied with Major Burchfield (ballet, jazz and modern) and Colin Worth (ballet) in Virginia Beach. She performed with the Virginia Beach Ballet.

Kathy McDonald began her career in dance instruction over 25 years ago. Her teaching experience includes classes at Yorktown Ballet School, Somers Ballet School, and conducting the adult ballet program at the Ballet Arts Studio in Beacon.

Willow Dance Center is a studio for adult dancers. Kathy McDonald continues to teach the joy of movement with classes for all levels of adults wanting to learn or improve their dance skills.

One hour private lesson sessions are available for individual instruction. These sessions offer personalized attention and tailored instruction for the student.

A package of 10 classes, offering a discounted rate compared to single class purchases. This card is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

This is a single class offering. If only one person comes to class, he/she has the opportunity to receive individual instruction as a private class at an additional cost. Otherwise, the student will be given a 45 minute barre or warmup for the cost of a single class.
