Dance House, nestled in Gastonia, North Carolina, is a vibrant studio dedicated to fostering a lifelong love for dance across all ages and skill levels, beginning with dancers as young as two. Led by owner and director Stacey Wilson, who brings over 30 years of dance experience and extensive training from prestigious institutions like the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, Dance House offers a comprehensive dance education. Stacey's expertise, honed through master classes with renowned figures from the New York City Ballet and Hungarian National Ballet, shapes the studio's approach. Our diverse class offerings include foundational styles such as Ballet, Tap, and Jazz, alongside expressive genres like Lyrical Dance and Hip-Hop. Instructors like Crystal Howe, Erin Jenkins, and Julie Ballard, a specialist in Advanced Competitive Ballet, bring specialized training to our competitive dance classes. Dance House provides both recreational and competitive pathways, with accomplished competition teams that have achieved recognition in regional and national contests. Students interested in competitive dance must participate in summer intensifies, where evaluations determine placement for the following season. The studio also extends its programs to three local daycare and childcare centers, bringing the joy of movement to even younger audiences.
