Picture Day Recital Class Picture Day will be held on Saturday, April 26th for all Recreational classes and on Thursday-Saturday, April 24-26th for all Company teams/routines! Exact times will be shared with participating families.

Dress Rehearsal for the show will take place for all recreational dancers on the day before the show, Thursday, May 22nd. For all Company students, tech rehearsal for the show will take place on Tuesday, May 20th & Finale rehearsal on Thursday, May 22nd.

Private lessons are one of the best investments students can make into their dance education and training. A one-on-one lesson with a qualified instructor at HDC grows dancer's confidence and allows the instructor to center the entire experience around the individual student.

A condensed class schedule for ages 9 & up, covering ballet, tap, hiphop, and lyrical/contemporary/jazz as part of late or make-up auditions.

This special weekly class is designed for toddlers (12-24 months) and their caregivers to explore music, movement, and connection in a fun and nurturing environment. Each session will include gentle guided movement, playful dance activities, and interactive songs to support early motor skills, coordination, and social development.

This 90-minute class focuses on perfecting the foundation of your technique while pushing you to refine your leaps, turns, flexibility, and overall strength. Designed for dancers at the Apprentice and Pre-Competition level, this class emphasizes precision, alignment, and control to help you shine in any style.

Hip Hop 101 is a fun-filled, introductory class where dancers can learn the latest hip-hop moves and technique, while promoting physical health and agility. Students learn coordination, musical counting, rhythm, and muscle isolations. The combinations that are taught each week encourage dancers to be creative and promote their own unique style.

Rock N Tot 100 is an introductory hip hop & street-jazz style class designed with the creative, curious and energetic child in mind. Classes include pre-jazz, pre-hip hop, creative movement and tumbling.

Hip Hop 200 is for our progressing Hip Hop dancers and focuses on the latest hip-hop moves and technique, while promoting physical health and agility.

Experienced 202 is the perfect class for our progressing dancers and focuses on jazz, tap and ballet technique. Classes are 60 minutes and every Monday from 5:45-6:45 PM. Leotard, tights, dance shorts or pants, PINK 'Luna' ballet shoes w/out drawstring (Capezio V100), 'TicTapToe' Tap Shoe in BLACK (Capezio 443A) and 'Super Jazz' Jazz Shoes in TAN (style: Bloch S0401L).

Experienced 200 is the perfect class for our progressing dancers and focuses on ballet, tap and tumbling. Classes are 60 minutes and every Saturday from 10:45-11:45AM. Leotard, tights, PINK 'Luna' ballet shoes w/out drawstring (Capezio V100), and 'MaryJane' Tap Shoe in CARAMEL (Capezio 3800).

Experienced 202 is the perfect class for our progressing dancers and focuses on jazz, tap and ballet technique. Classes are 60 minutes and every Saturday from 11:00AM-12:00PM. Leotard, tights, dance shorts or pants, PINK 'Luna' ballet shoes w/out drawstring (Capezio V100), 'TicTapToe' Tap Shoe in BLACK (Capezio 443A) and 'Super Jazz' Jazz Shoes in TAN (style: Bloch S0401L).

The beginning portion of the class will be basic tumble/acro, followed by Hip Hop 101.

Grown-up and Me is the perfect introduction to music and movement for your young toddler! Both children and grown-ups participate in a variety of songs and movement activities that promote early rhythm and creative movement skills.

Dancers will focus on learning more advanced combinations & technique focused specifically on Jazz, Lyrical and Contemporary styles. Dancers will improve on mental and physical agility as well as overall style. Experienced dancers who display a basic understanding of technique, discipline and learn at a faster pace for this level. Classes will include deep stretching, conditioning, leaps and turns and more challenging combinations center floor. Classes are 75 minutes on Saturdays from 9:00 - 10:15AM.

Tiny Tot is the ideal introduction to dance and the dance studio classroom for toddlers. Curriculum includes creative movement, pre-ballet and tumbling. The emphasis is on having fun while learning coordination, balance, rhythm and self-confidence. Students learn dance classroom etiquette, such as how to follow directions and take turns.

Beginner 100 is the next level up for our Tiny Tots! It is also the perfect introduction to dance and the dance studio classroom for pre-school aged children. Curriculum includes creative movement, ballet and tumbling. The emphasis is on having fun while learning coordination, balance, rhythm and self-confidence. Students learn dance classroom etiquette, such as how to follow directions and take turns.

Ballet 300 is for our experienced ballet dancers and focuses on advancing techniques and skills.

Tumbling 100 is a perfect introduction to the style of tumbling & acro used in dance. Classes focus on coordination, balance, flexibility and core strength training. Students will learn bridges, forward and backward rolls, handstands and cartwheels, along with other pre-tumbling and pre-acro foundational skills.

Experienced 201 is the perfect class for our progressing dancers and focuses on ballet, tap, tumbling and jazz technique. Classes are 60 minutes and every Wednesday from 5:00-6:00 PM. Leotard, tights, PINK 'Luna' ballet shoes w/out drawstring (Capezio V100), 'MaryJane' Tap Shoe in CARAMEL (Capezio 3800) and 'Super Jazz' Jazz Shoes in TAN (style: Bloch S0401L).

Lyrical is a blend of jazz style and ballet technique supported by expressive movement that shows emotion and tells a story! Dancers will work on the technique needed to make lyrical visually beautiful and the storytelling that makes them an artist! Students will work on technique and combinations across the floor and center-floor as well as improvisational exercises.

Experienced 300 is the perfect class for our progressing dancers and focuses on jazz, tap and ballet technique. Classes are 75 minutes and every Wednesday from 6:45-8:00 PM. Leotard, tights, dance shorts or pants, Downtown' Tap Shoe in BLACK (Capezio 473), 'Super Jazz' Jazz shoes in TAN (style: block S0401L) are required.

Beginner 101 is the next level for Beginner 100 students, or for older preschool through Kindergarten age beginners. This class is the next step after learning the foundational skills in our Tiny Tots and/or Beginner 100 class. Classes include ballet basics, creative movement and rhythm tap. Focus is on terminology, rhythm, coordination, musical counting, body alignment. Students will learn ballet positions, foundational tap skills, and will be introduced to different combinations of steps and musical styles.

This introductory 4-week session combines the fundamentals of basic muscle control with the latest hip hop moves! Instructors will guide each child as they learn to adjust to a classroom environment while being encouraged to have fun! Students will be introduced to choreography and learn how to direct power and isolation to different parts of the body, as well as learn how to channel the attitude of the (age appropriate) music.

This 4-class session combines the fundamentals of basic muscle control with the latest hip hop moves! Students will be introduced to choreography and learn how to direct power and isolation to different parts of the body, as well as learn how to channel the attitude of their favorite pop stars. Students will increase in coordination, rhythm, and flexibility.

This high-energy, 4-week class is designed just for boys to explore the world of hip hop and tap dance! Students will learn the fundamentals of both styles, mastering cool hip hop grooves and sharp tap rhythms while building strength, coordination, and confidence. Each class will focus on developing individual style, musicality, and technique, all while having fun with friends in a supportive, boys-only environment.

This four-week class series is designed for dancers Exp 201 and up OR those with 2+ years of intermediate-advanced dance experience who are ready to level up their performance skills with musical theater-inspired movement, technique, and storytelling. Each week, dancers will explore dynamic jazz, contemporary, and character-driven choreography, focusing on expression, stage presence, and storytelling through movement.

This intensive is for the young dancer who is getting serious about their training and love of dance! Students will take challenging and fun classes in many styles, including Jazz, Lyrical/Contemporary, Hip-Hop, Tap, Acro, and Musical Theater. Students will learn combos in each style and will refine the technical skills associated with each.

This week-long experience will serve as auditions and placement for any dancer ages 4-7 interested in joining our award winning Teenie Company team! Auditions & Company Training ALL IN ONE!

Campers will have the opportunity to express themselves through movement and creativity, guided by our experienced instructors who will help them develop their dance skills and gain confidence. Participants will learn dance fundamentals, play games, and make crafts in a fun, fairytale environment.

Inspired by the fun-loving spirit of Lilo & Stitch, this four-day camp will transport your child to a world of hula-inspired moves, upbeat dance combos, and island creativity. Campers will learn dance fundamentals, explore different styles of movement, and create their own Hawaiian-themed crafts while embracing the excitement of summer fun with Lilo and Stitch!

Your little one is invited to twirl, groove, and create in this four-day camp inspired by the beloved show. Each day will be filled with beginner dance moves, creative crafts, and plenty of polka-dotted fun! Campers will learn dance fundamentals, play games, and make their very own Minnie-inspired crafts in a fun and encouraging environment.
