This virtual yoga teacher training provides ultimate flexibility with full access to recorded modules and 1:1 sessions with Julie for practice and discussion. It is a Yoga Alliance approved 200-hour course designed for those seeking a flexible yet personal option. The training includes go-at-your-own-pace modules, access to teaching community classes virtually, and 1:1 meetings with Julie. Recommended books are provided as a list.

This hybrid yoga teacher training offers the best of both worlds, combining in-studio support for practicing form and face-to-face questions with on-line, go-at-your-own-pace modules for flexibility. It is a Yoga Alliance approved 200-hour course from an organization with extensive experience. The training includes in-studio practicum and teachings every Saturday for 10 weeks, flexible at-home modules, access to teaching community classes virtually or in-studio, and 1:1 meetings with a coach. Books are provided.

This comprehensive yoga teacher training delves into anatomy, energy creation, and physiology, exploring joints, movement, stability, energetics, and essential organ systems. It covers yoga history, philosophies, controversies, and developing your own yoga persona. Master asana (movement), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation techniques, including chakras and mudras. Learn to design engaging and effective yoga classes for various styles, levels, and conditions, developing at least 5 unique formats. Gain skills in sequencing with a focus on energy, posture, themes, and workshops. You will also learn about yoga as a business and how to teach special populations such as seniors, expectant mothers, athletes, and individuals with physical disabilities. This program offers hybrid options (part studio, part virtual) and all-virtual tracks. It includes in-studio practicum, go-at-your-own-pace modules, community class access, and 1:1 meetings with a coach. The program has been offered for 27 rounds with over 30 years of teaching experience.
