All levels welcome! This class is truly designed for a mixed level with the pre-requisites being comfort in a regular and side climb, and at least inverted holds, such as Jasmine, either from a true invert or descending.

All levels welcome. This class is designed for a variety of students. Class structure is a slightly more intense warm up with some flexibility work, and combos that have a similar theme, but different trajectories based on student skill level. Class ends with breakout time for individual work on specific moves for each student.

This class is focused for more advanced beginners (3 to 6 months pole experience) and intermediate (6 months plus pole experience). Students should be climbing the pole to take this class. Beginner = Less than 3 months pole experience Intermediate = Level 2 and 3 Prerequisite: Student should be climbing the pole or with instructor approval.
