Penny King, with a distinguished performance history including work with the Eugene Ballet, leads a passionate team, including instructor Wes Veldink. Students can explore a variety of disciplines, including Ballet (with offerings in pre-Ballet, open intermediate/advanced, and pointe work), Contemporary, Jazz, Tap, Modern, and Musical Theater. StillPoint Dance also emphasizes basic choreography, improvisation, musicality, and expressive performance, aiming to enhance each dancer's presence and confidence.
