Want to spend some quality time with your 2-3 year old this fall? Join our 8-week creative movement dance class where students can bring their adult with them! This class consists of partner work with students and their adult, obstacle courses, dance games, and introductions to different dance styles, such as ballet and jazz.

In our 8-week advanced beginner/intermediate level ballet class for adults, you will have the opportunity to deepen your understanding and appreciation of the art of ballet, while honing your skills and technique. Our experienced instructor will guide you through a series of exercises and movements, designed to challenge and inspire you. You will work on perfecting your posture, alignment, and balance, while also developing strength, flexibility, and grace. In this class, you will build on your existing knowledge and experience of ballet, while also being introduced to new and more complex movements. You will learn how to execute steps with precision and control, while also exploring the beauty and artistry of ballet through expressive movement and choreography. In addition to the physical benefits of ballet, our class is also a great way to relieve stress and find joy in movement.
