Phillips Fancy Footwork, located in South Williamsport, Pennsylvania, is a premier dance studio boasting over 30 years of dedicated dance instruction and a rich 50-year history in baton twirling. Our comprehensive program nurtures talent across a diverse spectrum of disciplines for students of all ages, from three years old to adults. We offer foundational dance styles including Ballet, Tap, Jazz, and Hip Hop, with Ballet serving as a weekly cornerstone for our Beginner/Intermediate combo classes. For our youngest dancers, the Novice Dance class (ages 3-7) introduces basic ballet terminology, rhythm, and singing through engaging movement. Beyond traditional genres, Phillips Fancy Footwork proudly offers "cheernastics," a unique tumbling class tailored for cheerleaders and aspiring gymnasts, and a meticulously crafted baton program that prepares students for various competition levels. We also provide opportunities for dedicated dancers to join our "Competition Team." Our esteemed team of instructors includes Alana Jones, who brings national collegiate champion status in baton and strong ballet and collegiate dance team experience. She is supported by Marsha Phillips and Alicia Trotter, who together possess over 50 years of combined teaching experience and have nurtured numerous national and world champion athletes. Former student Krislin Banzhof, now an instructor, also contributes her two decades of training and expertise. Private lessons are available across all art forms. Phillips Fancy Footwork is committed to building confidence and skill, fostering a love for dance, and inspiring every student to reach new artistic heights, evidenced by our yearly trips to New York City for professional development.
