Looking for a fun and flexible way to dance this summer? Our Summer Rec Class Sessions are the perfect fit! Open to new dancers, current BSOD students, and siblings, these short sessions offer a chance to try something new, stay connected to dance, and keep those skills shining bright. Each session includes four exciting classes across two weeks, designed to fit easily into your family’s summer plans. Whether it’s your dancer’s first time stepping into the studio or a return to their Lime Green home, they’ll be welcomed with music, smiles, and a space that celebrates confidence, creativity, and individuality.

All Performance Program dancers train in ballet, tap, jazz, and acro. Depending on the team level, dancers also rotate through hip hop, lyrical, modern, musical theatre, and even heels. Our curriculum connects each style with purpose and progression. Dancers in our Lowcountry, Spotlight, and Travel Teams can participate in duos and trios. Solos are available for dancers ages 9+ in Spotlight and Travel. These are learning opportunities—always guided with care and intention.

Jazz Technique

Jazz/Lyrical

4th – 6th Grade

Build confidence, coordination, and creativity through high-energy classes in ballet, jazz, hip hop, and more. Dancers grow in technique while having fun and finding their unique style. View Program

2nd – 3rd Grade

Build confidence and coordination through fun, age-appropriate training in ballet, jazz, tap, hiphop, musical theatre, and acro. Dancers grow in strength, focus, and creativity with every class. View Program

Kinder – 2nd Grade

Dancers explore multiple styles while building confidence, coordination, and rhythm through creative movement. Every class is upbeat, age-appropriate, and filled with encouragement. View Program

Pre-School (3 – 5)

Playful classes that build coordination, confidence, and focus through music and movement. Designed just for ages 3–5 to learn, grow, and have fun. View Program

Toddler (2 – 3)

Parent & Me Class

Our Parent & Me class at Bluffton School of Dance is designed for ages 6 months to 2 years, offering a joyful introduction to music, movement, and social play. It’s more than just a class — it’s a time to connect, explore, and make memories with your child in a welcoming, community-focused environment. Join other local families as we share smiles, build confidence, and sprinkle a little lime green love into your week! This class is thoughtfully designed to support your child’s motor skill development, balance, and coordination — all through music, rhythm, and play! Every wiggle, clap, and toe tap helps strengthen body awareness in the most joyful way possible. This is more than just a dance class — it’s precious time together. You and your little one will share giggles, hugs, and milestones, all while connecting with other caregivers in our supportive BSOD community. We’re building friendships and memories that last beyond the studio walls. Even our tiniest dancers thrive on encouragement and routine. Each week, your child will grow in confidence as they begin to recognize music, repeat movement patterns, and interact with the group — all in a warm and welcoming space filled with lime green hearts.

This 12-week session runs from February 18 – May 17 and meets Tuesdays and Saturdays from 9:00–9:45am

Camps

Half day camps for Ages 3–Kindergarten (Fully Potty Trained)

Our Half-Day Summer Camps are made for little ones with big imaginations and endless energy! Perfect for dancers ages 3 to rising Kindergarteners, these camps blend creativity, movement, and friendship into magical memories your child will always remember. Each camp week brings a new playful theme — from stomping across a safari to twirling at a beach party or dancing under disco lights. With caring instructors and a nurturing space filled with Lime Green Love, campers explore the worlds of music, dance, art, and make-believe. They’ll leap, laugh, create, and connect — all while building confidence and discovering the joy of self-expression.

Our Full-Day Camps offer a true summer experience designed for active, creative rising 1st–5th graders. Every day is filled with a balance of Camp-Wide adventures and smaller group activities, giving campers the freedom to explore their favorite things and discover new passions. From water slide days, to outdoor games, playground visits, and colorful arts and crafts, there’s something to spark every child’s imagination. Campers are thoughtfully grouped by age and sometimes by interests, creating the perfect blend of fun, challenge, and connection. By the end of the day, your camper will head home with a heart full of memories, new friendships, and a happy, tired grin — already looking forward to what tomorrow brings!

Summer Camp

Little dancers leap into summer with playful themes, creative crafts, outdoor games, and lots of movement. A joyful space for kids ages preschool to 5th grade to imagine, explore, and shine!
