Dance World, located at 140 Commercial Drive in Columbia, South Carolina, is a premier dance studio dedicated to fostering a passion for movement in dancers of all ages and skill levels. Established in 1977, Dance World has been a cornerstone of dance education in the Columbia area for nearly five decades, offering "Professional Instruction with a Personal Touch." The studio welcomes students from 3 to 93 years old, providing a nurturing environment for comprehensive dance training. Dance World specializes in a variety of disciplines, including tap, jazz, ballet, and lyrical dance, catering to both children and adults. Led by Owner/Director Lisa Wilson Page, the studio is committed to quality instruction. Advanced students have the opportunity to gain valuable performance experience through the J.T.ettes, Dance World's touring, performing, and competing dance company. The studio's dedication to its students is further highlighted by annual celebrations, including their upcoming 49th Anniversary Recital.
