Our Petite Starz Jazz/Lyrical Combo class in an exciting and expressive introduction to two beautiful styles of dance: the high-energy movement of jazz and the emotional flow of lyrical. Designed for young dancers, this combo class helps students explore rhythm, storytelling, and movement quality in a fun and supportive environment.

Our Jr. Starz Ballet class for ages 10–13 is designed for pre-teens and teens who are ready to develop their technique, strength, and artistry in a structured and focused environment. Whether students are continuing their ballet journey or just beginning, this class emphasizes proper alignment, musicality, and the foundational skills needed for more advanced training.

Our Petite Starz Ballet/Tap Combo class is a fun and energetic introduction to the fundamentals of both ballet and tap dance, designed for young dancers. This combo class blends the grace and structure of ballet with the rhythm and excitement of tap in a supportive and creative environment. Class Structure: Ballet (First Half): Students learn basic ballet positions, simple barre and center exercises, and introductory movements that build balance, posture, coordination, and musicality. Emphasis is placed on listening skills, following directions, and expressive movement. Tap (Second Half): Dancers explore the basics of tap technique, such as shuffles, toe taps, heel digs, and simple rhythms. Tap builds a strong sense of timing and encourages sound awareness through rhythmic play. A technique-driven class for intermediate/ advanced dancers with strong ballet fundamentals. This level works on refining form, increasing strength, and advancing through more complex barre and center work. Dancers are challenged to grow in both technical skill and artistry, with an emphasis on proper placement, control, and elegance.

A challenging and expressive class designed for dancers with a solid foundation in both jazz and contemporary technique. This level features complex combinations, conditioning, advanced leaps and turns, and dynamic choreography that showcases both precision and individuality. Dancers explore a variety of jazz styles , from classic to commercial , while pushing their performance quality and technical strength. The contemporary component emphasizes versatility, artistry, and emotional depth. Dancers are encouraged to interpret music with authenticity through fluid movement, improvisation, and storytelling. This class is perfect for dancers ready to grow as both technicians and artists

This jazz class focuses on developing clean jazz technique while building strength, flexibility, and performance quality. Dancers will work on leaps, turns, stretching, and stylized choreography that challenges them to blend precision with expression. In this contemporary class, dancers are encouraged to connect their technique with artistry. Through a blend of movement styles, improvisation, and musical interpretation, dancers explore dynamics, emotional expression, and storytelling. Emphasis is placed on control, creativity, and finding a unique voice through movement.

Taught by Ms. Ireland Bodge, Starz in Motion is a welcoming and inclusive dance program designed for children who may benefit from adaptive instruction, sensory friendly support, or simply a warm and encouraging environment where they can shine. Ballet- This beginner ballet class introduces young dancers to the beauty and structure of classical ballet. Through age appropriate technique, dancers will learn basic positions, pliés, tendus, graceful movement across the floor and so much more. We focus on posture, poise, and musicality in a loving, supportive and nurturing environment where our Mini Starz build confidence, coordination, and a love for ballet, one plié at a time! Tap- Time to tap, stomp, and sparkle! This class helps little feet learn the basics of tap dance through fun rhythms, simple technical steps, and catchy beats. Our Mini Starz will build coordination, timing, and confidence, all while making music with every step.

This technique driven class taught by Mr. Benjamin focuses on the basic fundamentals of street Hip Hop. Dancers will break down the core elements of hip hop such as grooves, isolations, popping, locking, tutting, waving, footwork, rhythm (and so much more) all while building coordination, confidence, and personal style. Perfect for beginners or anyone looking to sharpen their basic hip hop skills in a fun, supportive space.

Tiny Groovez is a high-energy, playful introduction to hip hop made just for our tiniest dancers! Designed for ages 2.5 to 3.5, this class encourages movement, rhythm, and creativity in a fun, upbeat environment that keeps little ones engaged and grooving.

Step into the spotlight with this energetic class ! Students ages 7 and up will learn fun choreography inspired by their favorite musicals, building strong technique, rhythm, and stage presence. With plenty of singing, acting, and dancing, this class is perfect for young performers ready to bring stories to life and shine on stage!

This class is designed for our youngest STARZ dancers ages 2-3 to explore movement, imagination, and rhythm! Through fun games, playful music, and simple dance steps, dancers develop coordination, balance, and body awareness while expressing themselves creatively. Perfect for sparking a love of dance and building confidence, one twinkle toe at a time!
