Fun Dance

Part of a 1.5 Hour Party Time that includes Warm-Up, Fun Dance, Tumbling & Game Time, Cupcakes, Gift for the Birthday Child, and Goody Bags for the Guests.

One Week Trial

Private Lessons

30 minute private lessons are best for a student seeking supplemental training for one particular skill or for strength or flexibility only and quick solo cleanings. 1 hour private lessons are best for the student seeking training for a variety of skills, strength and flexibility work and solo cleanings. All private lesson students begin with an initial evaluation during their first scheduled session. This evaluation helps us accelerate your dancer’s progress by identifying any imbalances in strength and flexibility between the left and right sides. It also allows us to address any gaps in foundational training, ensuring a strong and well-rounded base moving forward.

Aerial Sling/Silks

Aerial Sling/Silks is beautiful art form that involves strength, flexibility and executing a variety of acrobatic skills and dance elements while suspended in the air by long and very strong fabric attached to the ceiling or stand alone frame. Students will begin in Sling 1 and then progress to Sling 2 and Silks.

Dance based acrobatics

Dance based acrobatics is an art form that incorporates the fluid movements of dance with the exciting tricks from acrobatics. Students develop specific strength, flexibility, and technique, to learn how to execute acrobatic skills and tumbling, to then be used in dance choreography. Acro focuses on flexibility, muscle control, balance, technique, and strength.

Leaps and Turns

This class is designed to develop the strength, technique, and control needed for executing clean turns and powerful leaps. Dancers will work on a variety intermediate and advanced leaps and turns as well as across-the-floor progressions. Emphasis is placed on proper body alignment, spotting, coordination, and safe landing techniques.

Foundation

A strong foundation is essential to becoming a a great athlete and versatile dancer. This class is focused on developing strength, flexibility and stability throughout the body. Incorporating ballet elements and targeted exercises to strengthen the feet, ankles, core, and more, it’s designed to help dancers improve balance, body control, and the ability to safely and confidently execute skills.

Rhythmic gymnastics/dance

Rhythmic gymnastics/dance is a sport in which students learn acrobatic and dance elements on floor with an apparatus: hoop, ball, clubs, ribbon and rope. The sport combines elements of gymnastics, dance and calisthenics.

Acrobatics and Tumbling

Acrobatics and Tumbling incorporate strength , flexibility and specific technique to develop exciting tricks and non-fight tumbling such as handstands, cartwheels and walkovers with flight tumbling skills such as aerials and handsprings.

Hand Balancing

Hand Balancing is a program designed to develop strength, focus, and precision. Hand Balancing is a unique art form that combines acrobatics and flexibility, helping participants build core strength, body control, and coordination.

Aerial Arts Program

Our aerial program is designed to build strength, confidence, and creativity as students learn to climb, flip, and fly. From beginner levels to those with prior experience, our certified instructors provide a supportive environment where safety, technique, and fun go hand in hand.

Homeschool Dance Class

Our homeschool dance class offers an early option as an extra curricular activity for students in a homeschooled environment. This class offers a variety in curriculum each week teaching the fundamentals of ballet and jazz with an additional element of aerial arts and acrobatics. Students are taught proper technique, strength and flexibility to support these art forms.

Toddler Movement Class

This class is for toddlers and a parent or caregiver. Students use props such as scarves, bean bags, ribbons in a creative way as they are introduced to ballet basics, tumbling & movement fundamentals. Children also work on body control, listening/communication skills, coordination, memory development, and social involvement.

Acro Dance

Acro Dance is an art form that incorporates the fluid movements of dance with the exciting tricks from acrobatics. Hip Hop

Hip hop is a high-energy class and is characterized by it's rhythmic movements that follow the beats of hip hop music . Hip Hop encourages students to step outside of the box by bringing their own individual style and personality to the movements and allows dancers to freely express themselves.

Musical Theater

A class blending the three key components of musical theater: dancing, singing and acting to songs from well-known musicals. Students learn performance skills such as connecting with the audience and telling a story through dance, expressive movements and facial expressions. Dances in this genre are typically upbeat and fun.

Lyrical and Contemporary

Lyrical and Contemporary combine elements of ballet, jazz and modern and challenge dancers to use choreography and movement to interpret music and express emotion. Lyrical allows for more fluid movements and gracefulness to interpret a song's lyrics, while contemporary can be more sharp and powerful while allowing a level of improvisation and interpretation.

Jazz

Jazz builds on the fundamentals learned in ballet and is very structured in technique. This genre teaches isolations of the body, improv es performance quality and helps dancers learn complex rhythms and patterns. It takes many forms, and is often performed to upbeat music. Students will be exposed to various styles of jazz to help develop a well rounded dancer.
