This class is suitable for all skill levels - whether your first time in a circus class, or a student with 1000 lessons under their belt, you are welcome here! Trapeze was the first apparatus coach Sam learned, and she believes understanding trapeze enhances performance on all other aerial equipment. Class material will be custom-suited every week to the students registered, and may include conditioning, individual skill-building (below the bar, seated, standing, and in the ropes), spinning or swinging on dance trapeze, synchronized or weight-sharing skills on triple trapeze.

We will meet every two weeks to work through lyra ideas, skills, and pathways, and work together to develop these ideas in many directions. Although this class is guided by Caroline, they welcome your ideas and creative thoughts, and will create space to work together to develop material, experiment, as well as condition and train together. This is not an open gym for putting on your headphones and doing your own solo thing. Emphasis is on working together, supporting each other, and working on our favorite apparatus together. This class will meet for 90 minutes, which will include a warm-up, in-air conditioning, training time, time to play with what we develop and film or put sequences to music, and a 15-minute cool down. Cost is one 60-min credit for the 90 minute class.

We swing, sway, breathe, and explore traditional yoga poses with a new relationship to gravity while staying close to the floor. The class begins on the mat, moves to expanded heights, and takes us home to a new sense of center. Beginners to both yoga and aerial are welcome in any aerial yoga class.
