This class requires that you have a consistent practice on bar apparatus. This class is a collaborative open gym for lyra lovers. We will meet every two weeks to work through lyra ideas, skills, and pathways, and work together to develop these ideas in many directions. Although this class is guided by Caroline, they welcome your ideas and creative thoughts, and will create space to work together to develop material, experiment, as well as condition and train together. This is not an open gym for putting on your headphones and doing your own solo thing. Emphasis is on working together, supporting each other, and working on our favorite apparatus together. This class will meet for 90 minutes, which will include a warm-up, in-air conditioning, training time, time to play with what we develop and film or put sequences to music, and a 15-minute cool down. Cost is one 60-min credit for the 90 minute class.

In this class, we will increase flexibility while maintaining stability, and prevent injury with some dynamic stretching and strengthening through a hip and core intensive workout. We will utilize the floor and bar apparatuses (lyra and trapeze), to work through drills and pathways to strengthen and stretch. Prerequisite: Previous trapeze and lyra experience.

We will meet every two weeks to work through lyra ideas, skills, and pathways, and work together to develop these ideas in many directions. Although this class is guided by Caroline, they welcome your ideas and creative thoughts, and will create space to work together to develop material, experiment, as well as condition and train together. This is not an open gym for putting on your headphones and doing your own solo thing. Emphasis is on working together, supporting each other, and working on our favorite apparatus together. This class will meet for 90 minutes, which will include a warm-up, in-air conditioning, training time, time to play with what we develop and film or put sequences to music, and a 15-minute cool down. In this class, we will increase flexibility while maintaining stability, and prevent injury with some dynamic stretching and strengthening through a hip and core intensive workout. We will utilize the floor and bar apparatuses (lyra and trapeze), to work through drills and pathways to strengthen and stretch. Prerequisite: Previous trapeze and lyra experience. Sign Up

Intermediate Silks w/ Rachel
The focus of this class is to strengthen foundational skills, learned prior in beginner silks classes, by linking them together to build endurance, explore inversion-based moves, and improve technique through moderate conditioning.
