Students are placed in classes according to age, ability and previous training. Students do not necessarily move into a different class each year, as in school. In ballet, we are educating muscles as well as minds, and muscles develop at different rates, as do children. Please leave placement up to the teacher!

Ballet Abilene is the studio/school where we teach students ages 3 and up how to dance. We offer ballet, jazz, and tap classes. Our classes are in session from September through May. Anyone may sign up to take classes. All students are invited to perform in our end-of-year recital in May, which showcases what our dancers have learned over the year of instruction.
