Redeeming Dance

CONDITIONING, TECHNIQUE TRAINING, AND REHABILITATION is a specifically designed course created by Elzanne Fields and used in private or semi-private coaching. Learn how to decrease the risk of injury, increase strength and range of motion, and improve turns and balance.

From late beginner through intermediate and advanced levels, students develop technique and artistry as they progress with Redeeming Dance.

New students learn the fundamentals of ballet, modern/jazz and hip hop in engaging, age-appropriate programs that focus on establishing a strong foundation.

Helping preschoolers build a love for dance in a preparatory program that emphasizes learning classroom skills and having fun.

With classes for both beginner and experienced dancers, adult students can get in shape and build confidence in a variety of dance styles.

Redeeming Dance offers adult classes in levels for both new and experienced dancers. Unlike many other studios, these classes are true “adult only” classes and are limited to dancers ages 16 and up so even as a beginner, you won’t find yourself at the barre next to the 5-year-old from down the street! Whether you're new to dance or you danced for years as a child and want to get back out on the floor, we have a program for you.

Redeeming Dance Intensive serves as a Placement Week at Redeeming Dance. An exciting opportunity for dancers to refine their technique, build strength, and gain confidence as they prepare for the Fall 2025 semester! Throughout the week, students will participate in focused ballet training, conditioning, and artistry development while being evaluated for class placement. Our expert instructors will provide individualized feedback to help each dancer grow and reach their full potential. In addition to challenging and inspiring classes, dancers will enjoy a supportive and encouraging atmosphere filled with dancing, fun, and friends. Whether you’re a returning student or new to Redeeming Dance – Placement Week is the perfect way to start the season strong and step into the new semester with confidence!

Designed for dancers with Ballet experience. Throughout the week, students will focus their training on classical ballet. Classes will include, Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT), Conditioning Rehabilitation and Technique (CTR), Modern/Jazz, Contemporary and Ballet Variations. Focusing on core stability, alignment, flexibility, and artistry.
