Class includes stretching exercises, cardio workout, conditioning and aerobic activities to achieve an all-body workout. Each class is unique and different, targeting and focusing on specific muscle groups.

Class for offered for both experienced tappers, and those newer to tap.

Ballet for intermediate/advanced adults.

Ballet Intensive Summer Workshop (age 10-18). A full-day workshop designed to challenge the intermediate to advanced dancer who is seriously interested in the ballet arts, and to introduce other dance disciplines.

Tap classes for ages 7+ offered on Saturdays.

Monday/Wednesday ballet technique & pointe. Experienced Ballet Mondays/Wednesdays: June 16 — July 30. Technique for Ballet II - VI. Pointe for all levels.

Half-Day Ballet Intensive (age 10-13). A technique-focused half-day workshop that is designed to challenge experienced ballet dancers who have one year or less of pointe experience (including pre-pointe students). Previous ballet training required.

Tap, Jazz, Contemporary Intensive (age 10-18). This full day workshop is designed to challenge the intermediate to advanced dancer in a diverse range of dance disciplines. Previous training in jazz is recommended. Dancers will be divided according to experience/ability. No tap experience required!

Ballet Mini-Intensive (levels IV-VI). For additional ballet training and to help our dancers prepare for future summer study, we are offering a four day mini-ballet intensive: two hours daily of ballet instruction with renowned master teacher Silas Farley.

Broadway Bound (age 7-11). A fun camp designed for dancers interested in musical theater. Broadway-style movement will be introduced to teach basics of theater, song, and dance. Previous dance training in ballet, tap, and/or jazz recommended.

Ballet Dance Camp (age 7-9). A half-day summer workshop designed to introduce previously trained young dancers to the ballet arts.

Discovery Dance Camp (age 3-6). Fun dance styles with theme days are featured in this two-hour program. Introduction to music rhythm and daily art projects are included. Dancers will be grouped by birthday.
