Our curriculum spans a wide spectrum of dance, including foundational Ballet, dynamic Jazz, expressive Lyrical, energetic Hip Hop, rhythmic Tap, contemporary styles, elegant Ballroom, focused Barre, and invigorating Zumba. Beyond traditional dance, we offer instruction in Tumbling, Parkour, and Parkour Ninja, demonstrating a commitment to a broad definition of movement and physical expression. Classes

LYRICAL

Lyrical dance is a dance style that embodies various aspects of ballet, jazz, acrobatics, and modern dance. According to Jennifer Fisher, lyrical dance is “strongly associated with clearly displayed emotional moods, fast-moving choreographic strategies, emphasis on virtuosic display, illustration of song lyrics, and, in group form, exact unison.” The style is usually danced at a faster pace than ballet but not as fast as jazz. Lyrical dance is a category typically found in dance competitions.

JAZZ FUNK

Jazz Funk is a genre of dance that encompasses technique and freedom of movement. Sometimes viewed as a genre within hip hop, but we keep it fun, clean and sassy.

BALLET

Ballet is a type of performance dance that originated during the Italian Renaissance in the fifteenth century and later developed into a concert dance form in France and Russia. It has since become a widespread, highly technical form of dance with its own vocabulary based on French terminology.

Tumbling Classes

Our tumbling program offers a dynamic and engaging way for children to build physical strength and flexibility. Through a series of carefully structured exercises and routines, students learn foundational gymnastics skills in a safe and fun setting. This program helps improve balance, coordination, and agility while promoting perseverance and self-confidence.
