This is structured as a "pay as you attend" program. Please see our Adult Classes page for more information on the class schedule and locations. ALL payments are due at the end of each CLASS. CBA reserves the right to refuse service and prohibit entry into any and all competitions until all outstanding payment obligations are fulfilled. ALL sales for tuition, lessons, fees, and merchandise are final.

Classes for adults are currently only offered at our Heights location.

Various adult classes are available, including introductory and advanced levels.

Level 4 dance classes are for students with advanced skills in Irish dance. Specific details about the schedule and content of Level 4 classes are available.

Level 3 dance classes offer more advanced techniques and choreography. Specific details about the schedule and content of Level 3 classes are available.

Level 2 dance classes build upon the foundations learned in Level 1. Specific details about the schedule and content of Level 2 classes are available.

New beginners are welcome to join the academy. Information and resources are available for those starting out in Irish dance.

Adult classes are available for those looking to learn Irish dance or continue their practice. Our "FREE trial class" is for our ongoing monthly kids classes only, and does not include workshops, adult classes, camps, private lessons or any special short-term sessions, courses, events, or programs.

We offer new beginner student enrollment into our Irish dance year-round. Boys and girls age 3 and up are welcome to join and all of our beginner students are eligible come to 1 or all 3 locations at no additional cost. We also offer multiple sibling discounts.

For adult Irish dancers who are more experienced and interested in competitive opportunities, we offer a tuition based Advanced Adult Class, which meets weekly the hour before the Intro Adult Class. Contact us for more information on eligibility.

Comprised primarily of Preliminary and Open Championship level dancers, Level 4 is CBA’s highest and most elite class. Dancers engage in intense training in solo, team, and performance dancing with an even stronger focus on agility, athleticism, and mastery of technique. These dancers typically will also have additional opportunities to attend international competitions and be part of professional show opportunities.

With a stronger focus on more advanced technique and athleticism, Level 3 dancers will continue to elevate their soft shoe, hard shoe, and team dancing skills, with the addition of more advanced performance/show dancing. S tarting at the Prizewinner level , a CBA dancer is also allowed to begin wearing a solo costume in competitions.

At the beginning of each new semester, current students will be evaluated to determine if they are ready to advance into the Level 2 class. Hard shoe dancing will be introduced at this level (Treble Jig, Hornpipe, and Traditional Set), as well as more advanced soft shoe dancing and the basics of team dancing. Once a dancer masters all of their hard shoe material and their more advanced soft shoe dances, they will be eligible to advance into Level 3.

The beginner class is the first official level at CBA and will include all the basics needed to progress. In our semester based program, boys and girls ages 5 and up will learn introductory level steps, basic Irish dance music structure, proper foot placement, technique, posture, and more. After mastering their core dances, students will be eligible for performances and may enter into competitions at their discretion. While continuing with the basics, the focus will be on their soft shoe solo dances needed for competition. Students will learn the Reel, Light Jig, Single Jig and Slip Jig.

Introductory dance class offered on Thursdays from 5:00 pm to 5:30 pm.

Dance class for Levels 1 and 2, scheduled for Thursdays from 5:30 pm to 6:15 pm.

Level 2 dance class on Thursdays from 6:15 pm to 7:00 pm.

Advanced level class for adult dancers, taking place on Thursdays from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Introductory adult class offered on Thursdays from 8:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

In this course, you will learn the basic fundamentals of traditional Irish step dancing and ceili/group dancing, as well as experience an approach to overall health and fitness that only Irish dancing can provide. Attend as often as you can, get in touch with your roots, socialize with some great people, and have so much fun that you won't even know you're getting a workout! Our Intro Adult program is taught by internationally certified Irish dance instructors with years of professional dancing and teaching experience. You will also have the privilege of learning from individuals who have toured professionally with Riverdance, and who have attained the title of World Irish Dance Champion.

Level 3 class focusing on Hard Shoe technique, held on Tuesdays from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

Introductory Irish dance class for beginners, focusing on fundamental steps and techniques. Suitable for young children learning the basics of Irish dance.

Hard Shoe drills suitable for dancers in Level 3 and Level 4, scheduled for Tuesdays from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

Irish dance class catering to students in Level 1 and Level 2, building upon foundational skills and introducing more complex choreography and steps.

Advanced Level 4 dance class on Tuesdays from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

Irish dance class specifically for students at Level 2, refining technique, increasing stamina, and developing advanced steps and performance skills.

Level 3 class focusing on Soft Shoe technique, conducted on Wednesdays from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
