Fast-paced core-based movement that is a blend of Hip-Hop & Jazz.

Dance interprets the emotional expression of music with emphasis placed on the development of dramatic skills.

A classic study developing placement, technique, and creativity, along with continuation of skills.

Develop rhythm, balance, and body alignment, jazz dance has been called "music made visible in dancers."

Learn basic tumbling skills with a focus on safety in their movements. This class teaching balance, flexibility and body control. Core strengthening movements begin to develop large and small muscle groups.

A fun, energetic combination class that introduces preschool aged children basic ballet and tap movements.

For age 16+. Whether you grew up dancing or not, the class package is a way for you to fuse movement, music and stay fit. Our group classes improve movement, coordination, balance, general fitness and are fun!  Class schedule includes Pilates, Barre, Beginning & Intermediate Adult Ballet, Adult Tap, and Sculpt.  The package is the best bang for your buck on our schedule, as you can come to any and all of the classes for one price!  Please see schedule for the most up to date list of classes and times.

For adults with prior experience in ballet. Class consists of barre work, center work, and across the floor combinations.

Requires teacher approval.
