About On The Move Dance
Nestled in Midlothian, Texas, On The Move Dance offers a dynamic range of dance disciplines designed to inspire and empower students of all ages and levels. From the foundational grace of Ballet and the energetic rhythms of Hip Hop and Jazz, to the percussive artistry of Tap and the expressive fluidity of Contemporary dance, our studio provides a comprehensive dance education. We also foster a vibrant community with Ballroom, Salsa, and Line Dancing, alongside the fitness-focused fun of Zumba. For those seeking to develop incredible physical strength and coordination, our Acrobatics classes are a thrilling addition. On The Move Dance is dedicated to cultivating passion, discipline, and creativity in every student, helping them discover their own unique movement and artistic voice within a supportive and encouraging environment.

Classes
Solos and Duets/Trios
Fees for Solos and Duets/Trios. Only girls that have been in dance company for at least one year are eligible to compete with a solo or duet. Payment is due IN FULL at the first lesson and does not include the cost of competition fees or costume. Price includes choreography, edited music, and 4 one hour lessons.
Dance Company
Dance Company is an invitation only class that competes in two local competitions each spring. We have several companies broken up by age/grade. Dancers must be at OTM for at least one dance-year and be referred by their teacher to be eligible for company (exceptions are made for studio transfers).
Private Lesson (1 hour)
Private lessons need to be arranged directly through the teacher and rates are payable to the teacher giving the private lesson.

2025-2026 Registration
New and returning families must enroll in the " 2025-2026 Registration " class on the parent portal and submit payment for registration to be complete. All registration and enrollment must be through the portal and all payments must be made either through the portal or at the studio. We are no longer accepting "paper" enrollment.
