Children taking tap and jazz classes may wear jazz pants, dance shorts, dance shirts, etc., as long as it is dance wear. Proper attire is to be worn at all times. This means dance clothes- not play clothes, jeans, or T-shirts.

This specialty class concentrates primarily on turning technique to improve turns such as pirouettes, attitude turns, and fouettes. The class will also focus on improving jumps and leaps including jetes, Russians, and switch leaps.

Lyrical dance combines the grace of ballet and jazz. The style shows great emotion through the art of dance as students learn to dance to the lyrics of music. You must be 8 years of age, or have teacher permission, and take ballet and jazz in order to take this class.

An urban dance style involving quick, sharp moves and athletic-type stunts starting at the age of 6.

Jazz classes explore varieties of dance styles, and start at the age of five.

Theater and Rhythm tap classes are offered to tappers of all ages and levels starting at 5 years old.

This class is by teacher approval only. New students wishing to take this class will be evaluated by their instructor. Students are required to take at least two other ballet classes in addition to the pointe class, must be at least 11 years old and have had extensive ballet training.

WADA offers a classical ballet program to dancers 5 years and older. Dancers will learn ballet technique through barre and center work. Combinations will become progressively more complicated as the dancer excels.

At this age our dancers experience starts to vary a bit more. Because of this we offer many different styles of dance based on a particular dancers skill level. At this age they have the technical aspect of ballet, tap and jazz but also have the ability to begin dance in multiple stylistic classes, including lyrical, contemporary and hip hop.

Our Shining Stars Program is a fantastic 5-7 year old program that is designed and dedicated to provide an engaging atmosphere that keeps your little one twirling, rolling and shuffling for an entire hour. Our Shining Star class includes ballet, tap and jazz with an additional option of hip hop! The dancers not only learn proper age appropriate technique, but they build their self-confidence, meet amazing new friends, and will fall in love with the beautiful art of dance.

Our Shooting Stars Program is set up for our Pre-k and kindergarten dancers ranging in age from 3-4. This program is designed to bring the magic of dance to the classroom while engaging in fun activities throughout class to keep the creativity flowing throughout! Dancers will learn positions, terminology, and beginner movement in a fun, fluid, and engaging atmosphere.

Our Lil Stars Program is set up for our Pre-k dancers ranging in age from 2-3. They will be trained in ballet and tap while keeping their creativity flowing using props such as scarves, teddy bears and rhythm sticks. Dancers will learn positions, terminology, and elementary movement such as plies, shuffles, and tendus in a fun, fluid, and engaging atmosphere.

This is a technique intensive for our 8 an up dancers! These dancers will train in ballet, jazz, lyrical, stretch, tone, PBT and more!
