This all levels class blends the core focused strength of Pilates with the flexibility and balance benefits of yoga. Designed to improve posture, mobility, and total body control, this class is perfect for cross training whether you’re an athlete looking to enhance your performance or just working toward better overall physical fitness. Expect a mix of low impact strength training, mindful movement, and deep stretching that supports injury prevention, recovery, and long term wellness.

This high-energy class is designed for dancers preparing to join school, competitive, or studio dance teams. We’ll focus on the key skills teams look for: sharp jazz technique, dynamic pom motions, high kicks, leaps, turns, and crowd-pleasing performance quality. Dancers will also build stamina, flexibility, and confidence while learning combinations similar to what you’d see in auditions.

EnRich combination classes provide the ideal foundation for young dancers, blending the structure of classical technique with creative, age-appropriate instruction. These well-rounded classes introduce students to both ballet and tap in either a 50/50 or 60/40 format, depending on the class focus. Props, music, and creative concepts keep each class fun, imaginative, and educational—while laying a solid base for future dance study.

Step into a magical world where ballet meets imagination! In Fairytale Ballet, your little dancer will twirl, leap, and sparkle through classic fairytales and enchanting adventures. Each class features dress-up fun, magic wands, crowns, and whimsical props that bring the stories to life. It’s the perfect class for little ones who adore princesses, dream big, and love to move with a touch of magic!

Wiggle, giggle, and get moving! Wigglebugs is a lively, upbeat class just for our tiniest movers who love to play and explore. This fast-paced, fun-filled class includes music makers, bubbles, ribbon wands, dress-up, and so much more! While having a blast, your child will build coordination, confidence, and classroom skills—one wiggle at a time.

Flip to your heart’s content in our beginner-level tumbling class! Tumbling 1 focuses on the fundamentals of floor tumbling, including rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and round-offs—all the building blocks of future flips.

Ready to level up? Tumbling 2 is our intermediate class for athletes who have mastered the basics and are working toward skills like back handsprings and front tucks—all while continuing to develop strength and form.

Tumbling 3 is our most advanced tumbling class, focusing on high-level skills such as back tucks, layouts, and twisting passes. This class is ideal for gymnasts, cheerleaders, or dancers looking to perfect their technique.

Unleash your inner ninja! This high-energy beginner class is packed with obstacle courses that build agility, coordination, strength, and balance. Perfect for little ones who love to run, jump, and climb!

Take your ninja skills to the next level! Ninja Warrior 2 challenges older athletes with more complex obstacle courses and advanced movement patterns, all while building core strength, speed, and focus.

Falcons take flight! This intermediate boys’ gymnastics class builds on the basics while introducing more advanced flips, twists, and strength-based elements. Bold, fast, and fierce—Falcons love a challenge!

Hawks train on all five men’s Olympic events: pommel horse, rings, vault, floor, and parallel bars. These young athletes sharpen their focus while building strength, speed, and agility—soaring higher with each class.

Phoenix Gymnastics is a specialized class for talented athletes who have successfully completed our Owls program but are beyond the typical age to enter competitive team. Designed for gymnasts ages 8–18, this class provides a focused and challenging environment to continue progressing on all four Olympic events without the time commitment of a team track. Phoenix athletes refine advanced skills, build strength and confidence, and soar to new heights, proving it’s never too late to fly.

Wise and strong, our Owls are the most advanced gymnasts in our recreational program. They master high-level skills on floor, beam, bars, vault, and trampoline, showcasing precision, focus, and true love for the sport.

Doves glide gracefully through entry-level gymnastics with elegance and determination. Gymnasts in this class train on all four Olympic events plus trampoline, building strength, balance, flexibility, and self-assurance with each class. (beginner gymnastics for older girls)

Our graceful Swans take flight with poise and power! In this intermediate class, gymnasts continue mastering the fundamentals while progressing to more advanced skills—always with dreams as golden as their goals.

Flamingos flourish as they build foundational gymnastics skills on all four Olympic events: floor, beam, bars, and vault. With every leap and cartwheel, they’ll grow stronger, more flexible, and confident—inside and out.

Designed for our most advanced little gymnasts, Pre-Team Prep is an invitation-only class for preschoolers showing exceptional strength, focus, and passion for gymnastics. In this class, athletes build on foundational skills such as forward rolls, backward rolls, handstands, and bridge progress toward walkovers and more advanced body control. With a strong emphasis on form, flexibility, and discipline, this class prepares gymnasts for the next step: joining our Pre-Team program.

Our most advanced little gymnasts! Cockatoos are confident, capable, and full of energy. In this class, students will refine their basic gymnastics skills and tackle new challenges with excitement and pride.

Time to fly! In Ducks, gymnasts build independence and confidence as they take on each station with growing skill. With a foundation of strong listening skills, they’re ready to soar to new heights in every class.

Our Penguins begin to spread their wings through cooperative play in a fun and nurturing environment. This class is designed to prepare your child for their first independent school experience, often their first activity without a parent. (Don’t worry, parents, there’s plenty of Kleenex in our beautiful lobby!)

Enjoy your child’s first gymnastics adventure—together! In this parent-participation class, your little gymnast will explore a world of flipping, swinging, jumping, and climbing, all in the name of fun. We focus on listening skills, body awareness, and the development of gross motor skills.

Melissa Hagans is a dedicated dance instructor at Enrich, specializing in Ballet, Tap and Jazz dance. She is passionate about helping students of all ages develop their skills, express themselves, and build confidence through dance. With a focus on technique, creativity, and fun, Melissa creates a positive and welcoming environment for all dancers.

Araiza teaches her contemporary dance classes with the same integrity, curiosity, and drive that she brings to her own artistic work. Her classes prioritize body awareness, longevity, and confidence through a technically rigorous and artistically supportive environment. Her foundation in yoga and functional training plays a significant role in the way she teaches today—emphasizing strength, endurance, and injury prevention.

Fairytale Ballet classes are specifically crafted for children aged 2.5 to 5 years old, introducing them to the magical world of ballet.

Wigglebugs classes are designed for young children aged 2 to 3 years old, fostering early engagement with movement and music.

Four days of pure dance magic! Each camp takes your dancer on a themed adventure—whether it’s twirling like a princess, dancing with a little “wicked” flair, or stepping into a Taylor Swift jazz theme. Campers will enjoy learning choreography, plenty of dance time, creative crafts, and lots of giggles and spins along the way.
