Classes

ZUMBA

This lively class combines energetic dance moves with upbeat music, creating an atmosphere of fun & excitement using various dance styles like salsa, merengue, and hip-hop. Zumba encourages everyone to let loose and express themselves, making it a vibrant experience for all fitness levels.

Twerk

Open to all skill levels. Learn the art of Twerking through muscle isolation and engagement drills guided by a skilled instructor.

Pole Handstands

In this class we explore handstand shapes using the pole. This can include head stands, shoulder stands, forearm stands, and handstands. You will also work on entrances and exits from these shapes. This class is recommended for students that are comfortable being upside-down , typically intermediate to advanced level students.

PoleFIT

Open to all skill levels. Your instructor will help you build strength, stamina, and flexibility through a variety of conditioning exercises and stretches.

HEELS Choreography

In this class we build choreography retention while applying your fundamentals skills to explore musicality, flows, and smooth transitions. This is a mixed level class. For more in-depth practice try HEELS Fundamentals. Kneepads are highly recommended. Heels are optional, but highly recommended. The class can be taken barefoot or in socks. What type of heels? Non-platform heels with great ankle support - check out Burju shoes for the most ideal shoes to wear to this class.

HEELS Fundamentals

In this class we learn walks, turns, floorwork, weight shifting, balance, and stability necessary for transitioning into a heels choreography class. Piece together the skills you have learned to end the class with a sexy freestyle. Open to all skill levels. No experience needed. Your instructor will help you build the strength, stamina, and flexibility you need. Kneepads are highly recommended. Heels are optional, but highly recommended. The class can be taken barefoot or in socks. What type of heels? Non-platform heels with great ankle support - check out Burju shoes for the most ideal shoes to wear to this class.

Floorwork

In this class we begin working on: Backward Shoulder Roll, Forward Shoulder Roll, Shoulder Stands, Sexy push-ups, crawls, floor fan kicks, hip bridges, legwork, and more. Open to all skill levels. No experience needed. Your instructor will help you build the strength, stamina, and flexibility you need. Kneepads are highly recommended – the studio usually has some you can borrow. Socks are encouraged so you may glide along the floor, however the class can be taken barefoot. You are also welcome to bring heels or boots if you would like practice with shoes.

Chair Dance

In this class we use a folding chair as prop to dance around and on. Depending on your instructor, each class you will cover a sequence of moves, special tricks, and/or choreography. Open to all skill levels. No experience needed. Your instructor will help you build the strength, stamina, and flexibility you need. Kneepads are highly recommended – the studio usually has some you can borrow. Socks are encouraged so you may glide along the floor, however the class can be taken barefoot or in heels/boots. Shorts or legging, both will work for this class.

Exotic Pole

In this class we build on skills covered in Exotic Fundamentals. You are welcome to take Exotic Fundamentals at the same time as Exotic Pole. Depending on your instructor, each class you will cover a sequence of moves, special tricks, and/or choreography. Examples of Exotic Pole moves: More intricate transitions from Standing to the Floor, Floor to Standing, Dynamic drops and spins, Heel Clacks and Edgework, Floor acrobatic moves like shoulder rolls, shoulder stands, etc (covered in-depth in Floorwork class). Open to all skill levels; however, if you would like more detailed instruction for these moves we recommend trying Exotic Fundamentals and Floorwork. Kneepads are highly recommended – the studio usually has some you can borrow. Socks are encouraged so you may glide along the floor, however the class can be taken barefoot. You are also welcome to bring heels or boots if you would like practice with shoes.

Exotic Fundamentals

In this class we begin working on: Body Waves, Figure-8’s, Hip Circles, Pirouettes, Walks, Dips, Transitions from Standing to the Floor, Transitions from the Floor to Standing, Sexy push-ups, crawls, floor fan kicks, hip bridges, legwork, and more. Open to all skill levels. No experience needed. Your instructor will help you build the strength, stamina, and flexibility you need. You are welcome to take Exotic Fundamentals and Exotic Pole classes at the same time. Kneepads are highly recommended – we usually have extra you can borrow. Socks are encouraged so you can glide along the floor; however, the class can be taken barefoot. You are also welcome to bring heels or boots if you would like practice with shoes.

ADVANCED

In this class we begin working on: Handspring / Ayesha, Pendulum to Phoenix, Tumbles, Drops, Flips and other dynamic movements, Intricate combos and challenging transitions between moves on Static and Spin pole, Progressions from Intermediate-level moves like Layback, Leg Hangs, Brass Monkey, Superman, etc. (examples of these more difficult moves include Iguana, Allegra, Pegasus, Titanic, etc.). Build your confidence and creativity as we learn advanced-level pole moves that build on the techniques learned in Intermediate class. This class requires high levels of strength, stamina, and flexibility as we create smooth combos and focus on control and flow.

INTERMEDIATE 2

In this class we begin working on: Outside and Inside Leg Hang, Aerial Inversion to Leg Hang, Floor Shoulder Mount to Inverted Crucifix, More difficult moves like Brass Monkey, Jade, Butterfly, Superman, and more. Intermediate 1 includes mostly up-right shapes (except layback). Intermediate 2 introduces upside-down shapes and more challenging up-right shapes. We recommend Intermediate 1 before Intermediate 2. You are welcome to take Intermediate 1 and Intermediate 2 at the same time.

Intermediate Combos & Transitions

In this class you will connect intermediate-level moves to create combos and sequences. The goal for this class is to build your endurance and find your flow with the help of your instructor. Once you feel comfortable with Intermediate 1 Class, you can try out Intermediate: Combos & Transitions. You are welcome to take Intermediate: Combos & Transitions and other Intermediate classes at the same time.

INTERMEDIATE 1

In this class we begin working on: More challenging Spins, Pole Sits, and Climbs, Tucks to Chopper (Floor Inversion, Floor Shoulder Mount), Progressions from Jasmine and Genie, Layback. Intermediate 1 includes mostly up-right shapes (except layback). Intermediate 2 introduces upside-down shapes and more challenging up-right shapes. We recommend Beginner Class before Intermediate 1. You are welcome to take Beginner and Intermediate 1 at the same time.

BEGINNER 2: Combos & Transitions

In this class you will connect beginner-level moves to create combos and sequences. The goal for this class is to build your endurance and find your flow with the help of your instructor. Once you feel comfortable with climbs, pole sits, and jasmine, you are probably ready for Intermediate 1 Class. You are welcome to take Beginner and Intermediate classes at the same time. BEGINNER (Start Here!)

In this class we begin working on: Spins, Pole Sit Poses, Climbs, Tucks, Walks, Pirouettes, Dips, and more. No experience needed. Your instructor will help you build the strength, stamina, and flexibility you need. Once you feel comfortable with climbs, pole sits, and jasmine, you are probably ready for Intermediate 1 Class. 5-week Intro Series

This series is designed for beginners looking for a more detailed exploration of foundational skills. You are welcome to take Beginner class at the same time as the Intro Series. During this progressive 5-week series, you will learn beginner pole spins and transitions around the pole. Each week we will also explore putting all your newly-learned moves into a mini choreography. No experience needed. Your instructor will help you build the strength, stamina, and flexibility you need. After the Intro Series try out BEGINNER and BEGINNER 2: Combos & Transitions.
