From our youngest to our oldest students, we believe in equipping our dancers with a quality foundation of dance technique, then challenging them to be their best, inside and outside the studio. Class placement is by teacher recommendation.

MUL offers both competitive and noncompetitive options to drill team dancers. Our drill team classes focus on flexibility and jazz technique including leaps, jumps, turns, tricks and picking up combinations, as well as additional training in ballet, modern, and contemporary. These classes will help you improve your technique, expand your skills, fulfill team requirements, and prepare for competition season. These classes are open for intermediate and advanced dancers ages 12-18.

Our open classes for ages 5 – 7 include jazz, tap, ballet, and hip hop.

These ballet/tap/jazz combo classes are interactive and build on basic movements. The ballet portion of the class includes an introduction to ballet positions and techniques, stretching in the center, and across the floor work. The tap portion of the class will concentrate on building confidence through mastering rhythmic skills as well basic tap technique through work in the center and across the floor. The jazz portion of the class focuses on proper dance technique such as isolations of the body, improving performance quality and combining skills to create more complex movement.
