Our MOMMY + RAIDER class is the perfect way to get out of the house & bond/socialize with your little one (16 months up to 2.5 years old) and others. In this fun + interactive class you'll jump, play, move, and create with your little one in a safe and fun environment. Aside from all of the new skills and adventures your child will learn, this class will also help teach critical social skills such as sharing, compromising, reasoning, and empathy.

This action-packed *BOYS ONLY* class will allow your rambunctious dude to run, jump, and dance like it's going out of style....BUT IT'S NOT! In fact, dance is more popular than ever for boys! Thank you Fort Nite. Boys will learn basics in tap and hip hop and have a blast doing it!

Lyrical dance is a popular style of dance that provides dancers with an expressive emotional outlet. It combines several dance genres including classical ballet, jazz, and modern. Lyrical dance focuses on the emotions behind the song and dancers' movements will reflect those emotions.

Hip hop is an energetic and popular form of dance that allows dancers to perform with freedom in their movement as well as add in their own personalities. This class is inspired by today's latest music & spotlights the hippest trends in dance.

Ballet is a classic form of dance focusing on precise technique and fluid movement. Teaching takes place at the barre, center, and across the floor to develop proper ballet technique.

This exciting class combines upbeat, stylized movement & proper technique. JAZZ dance is based on ballet principles with each class consisting of a warm-up using across the floor progressions, isolated movements, & current choreography all set to age-appropriate music.

Tap is one of the most unique forms of dance using shoes with metal taps to create sounds, rhythms, and patterns. Tap is great for developing musicality and coordination skills.

Our Starburst class works on both TAP & BALLET (see descriptions below).

This is a jazz & tap combo class aimed at bringing out your child's inner "star." Along with learning basics in both styles, your child will have so much FUN learning to perform while developing confidence along the way.

Our PRINCESS Class for dancers ages 3.5-5 will focus on ballet basics and flexibility, while also working on balance, poise, and articulation in an exciting way! From the music to the props, this class will be themed around all things PRINCESS and your child will feel like royalty by the end of the year!

This is a beginner's ballet & tap combo class designed to introduce your little one to the art of dance and create that "sparkle" in his/her eye! Along with learning basics in both styles, your child will get to be creative and explore different types of movement in a fun & engaging way!

(3.5-5 year olds) A combined dance class introducing elements of princess-themed movement and star-inspired choreography.

(2-3.5 year olds) Dance class for young children focusing on foundational movement and creativity.

Adult Yoga class sessions held in the morning. This class is part of a six week session and meets at 10:15 a.m. and ends at 11:00 a.m.
