It should teach sharing, taking turns, and making friends. Most of all, it should teach that dance is FUN!

Dance focusing on the serious expression of inner emotions, using a free flowing, interpretive style.

Hip Hop is a structured form of street dancing found in music videos. It is designed to teach coordination, strength, quickness, agility, and endurance.

This is a separate class that focuses on turns, jumps, leaps, and jazz combinations. It emphasizes correct jazz lines and execution of movement.

One of the most popular styles of dance, jazz showcases a dancer’s individual style, and originality. It is energetic and fun, consisting of unique moves, fancy footwork, big leaps and quick turns.

Tap is the art of creating rhythms and sounds by using precise patterns of foot movement. Tappers develop outstanding coordination, musicality and rhythm as they progress from basic to more complex patterns.

It is the foundation of all dance. Students are highly encouraged to study it first along with other dance forms.
