Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT)

An innovative body conditioning and strength-building program that prioritizes muscle memory development through ballet-specific exercises.

Ballroom

Tap

Acro

Acro is a fusion of dance technique and the athleticism of acrobatic elements. Jazz

Jazz is a high-energy style of dance that is structured in technique and relays a sense of individuality and entertainment to the audience. It can be performed to a vast variety of music from Broadway to pop.

Lyrical

Pre-Pointe / Pointe

Dancers who have taken ballet for several years and are placed in levels 5 and up may be recommended to take pre-pointe and eventually placed en pointe by their instructor. Pre-pointe and pointe will help dancers to build strength and alignment, further refining their ballet skills. These classes are by placement only.
