Studio V Performing Arts Center, located in Sandy, Utah, has been a respected institution of dance instruction since 1999. As one of the largest facilities on the Wasatch Front, it boasts over 6000 square feet of dance space, including five spacious studios with floating floors, providing an exceptional environment for dancers of all ages and abilities, from preschool through adult. Studio V offers a comprehensive curriculum in a variety of genuine dance styles, including Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, and Modern. Our esteemed faculty comprises experienced instructors, many of whom are professionals or hold degrees in dance, ensuring high-quality training. Key faculty members include Owner/Director Karen Allen, Artistic Director Audrey Allen leading the Contemporary program, and Ballet Director Morgan Morley, who also heads the Ballet department alongside Haley Critchfield. Expert instruction in Jazz and Hip Hop is provided by instructors such as Kaylene Farrington, Maddie Butler, Abby Dayton, Heather Ellefsen, and Jamie McCleary. Many of our instructors are still actively performing professionally or at a university level, bringing real-world experience to the studio. Studio V Performing Arts Center is dedicated to fostering wholesome movement, building strong technique, confidence, and a passion for dance. We emphasize teaching life skills through dance, cultivating positive influences through appropriate music, modest costumes, and a fun, friendly, and encouraging atmosphere.
