Molly Williams, a seasoned dancer who trained under renowned instructors and competed at prestigious events, leads an award-winning competitive dance company, Adrenaline, which has garnered regional and national recognition. Carrington Dance Company offers a comprehensive dance education for students of all ages and experience levels, exploring a diverse array of genres. Dancers can delve into foundational techniques like Ballet and Pointe, energetic styles such as Jazz, Hip Hop, and Jazz Funk, the rhythmic expressions of Tap, the dynamic discipline of Acrobatics and Aerial arts, and the fluid artistry of Contemporary and Lyrical.
