A Beg/Int level class for anyone 15 years and over looking to begin ballet or continue their dancing.

Students in Ballet 7 are recommended to take 5 total ballet classes/wk. (4 ballet technique classes and Adv Pointe). This class is by placement.

Students in Ballet 6 are recommended to take 4 total ballet classes/wk. (3 ballet technique classes and Int Pointe). This class is by placement.

Students in Ballet 5 are recommended to take 3 total ballet classes/wk. (2 ballet technique classes and Pointe Prep/Beg Pointe). This class is by placement.

This class is for students that are ages 8+ that have completed 1 year of Beg Ballet 3 or new-to-RBT students who have taken 1 year of ballet. Students in Ballet 4 are recommended to take 2 ballet technique classes/wk.

A fundamental ballet class that builds a solid foundation for young dancers. It introduces classical ballet vocabulary, emphasizes musicality, and urges individual creative expression in an innovative, fun and easy to learn manner.

A first year, fundamental ballet class. In a fun and encouraging environment, students explore musicality, rhythm, creativity, and movement through space. This class introduces age-appropriate stretching, basic strengthening, balance, motor skill development, and coordination.

Roanoke Ballet Theatre's Trainee Program is for dancers ages 17 and older who are wanting to continue refining their technique and artistic abilities while gaining performance experience in a professional company.

This fun combo class is for ages 4-6 years old that are just starting their dance journey or are of a beginning level, and want the best of both worlds. The class will consist of 30 minutes of ballet and 30 min of tap.

Tuition is paid "per session" and cannot be broken up to attend dates outside of the session. You must enroll in both sessions separately if you plan to attend both.

Experience Jazz and Ballet in the same class! This class is for beginners or dancers with just a little dance experience, and are between the ages of 7-11. The class will consist of 30 minutes of Ballet and 30 min of Jazz.

This class is for anyone who is of the beginner-intermediate level that is just starting out, would like to pick back up dancing that they did when they were younger, or has experience but just want to have a recreational ballet class to stay in shape as an adult.

In this 2-week program from 9:30am-3pm, advanced dancers will have a chance to work their technique in daily Ballet Class, Pointe, Male and Female Variations, Ballet Repertoire, Modern, Strength and Conditioning, and more. This Intensive is best for any new or current advanced student of the Ballet 7 level or above.

This 2-week intensive is best for students in Ballet 5 or 6, or new students with some dance experience that are 12 and over. The program will broaden your students' technique and dance knowledge. Classes are from 9:30am-2:30pm and will include classes like Ballet Technique, Pointe or Pointe/Prep, Modern, Conditioning, and Choreography.

This 1-week intensive is from 9:30am-1pm each day. It is designed best for Ballet 4, Beginner Level 3, or new students. There will be classes like Ballet Technique, Modern, Choreography, Stretching and more.

In this 1-week intensive from 4-7pm, time will be spent focusing on building strength, flexibility, and acrobatic techniques, as well as skills we don’t always get to practice during the year, such as partner tricks. We will also spend time putting dance steps before and after our tricks, learning about the integration of dance and acrobatic skills – all while having lots of fun!

These 1-week magical camps are for young dancers ages 4 - 6 years old. Their mornings from 9:30 -1pm will be filled with arts & crafts, stretching, and ballet class. Each camp has it's own theme for the week!
