In Strength & Flex classes, you’ll build the power to lift yourself and the grace to move with ease—through targeted strength training and juicy flexibility work designed to support your aerial, dance, and everyday life.

In Pole Level 3/4 classes you will continue to polish the abundance of moves you’ve learned in Level 2 while adding many more spins, tricks, begin to or master inverting & learn to combine moves together.

In Pole Level 2 classes you will continue to polish the moves you’ve learned in Level 1 while adding many more spins, tricks, begin to master climbing, learn how to invert & how to operate your pole on spin.

In Pole Level 1 classes you will begin to polish some of the new moves you learned in Pole 101 & add to it with many more spins, tricks, begin to learn to climb & build up your endurance.
